The food was superior. This is haute-cuisine. It's definitely worth the price but probably too fancy for my children who are more than happy with wiener schnitzel and frites. The buffet is phenomenal and the attention from wait staff was incredible. Every evening mealtime was an event and I enjoyed every mouthful. My children loved the pool and the play room. Thank goodness, too, for the TV which meant my children could happily watch Paw Patrol (German dubbed).

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and we sincerely recommend it! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We arrived around 10pm and they waited us with cold plates for that night. We had HB and the food was excellent—leaning towards fine dining, every dish was a culinary delight. Even the traditional recipes were creatively reinvented and presented in a spectacular way. Breakfast offers a wide selection of exotic fruits, cheeses, organic juices, and smoothies, along with Prosecco and other treats  besides the usual  breakfast  things. At 3 PM, a much-appreciated snack is served, including fruits, desserts, and a snack option like soup or sausage. Dinner is sofisticated, with flavors that will impress even the most demanding guests. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed, offering a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The rooms, while basic and lacking a fridge, are clean and functional (they don’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel ;) Although the hotel is not ski-in/ski-out, its location is highly convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the slopes and well-connected to the lifts. A special mention goes to the owner, who is always present and ready to help, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. This hotel combines excellent service, exceptional dining, and a prime location, making it a wonderful choice. Highly recommended!

The host was nice an available. The apartment is brand new, it was very clean. The location is beautiful and there is a close parking spot. It’s fully equipped including kitchen wise! Most of the meals we cook and it was very easy there. Lovely stay highly recommend.

Excellent apartment, beautifully designed, equipped, clean, in a good location. The view is great. We were in the large 3 bedroom unit. Very big and comfort, just wonderful!!!

We had a great time — the room was excellent and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee machine was a bit weak, but everything else was great. Free parking and shops nearby.

Whenever we need a good place in Flachau we stay here. Very clean, the rooms are spacious. It's getting better and better . The garage is small but super comfortable in case it's hot or rainy.

Very clean rooms, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff and affordable price! Such a beautiful location! We only stayed for a night on the way to Italy, but it's worth staying longer to explore. We definitely recommend. The view from our window attached ☺️
