The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Everything was clean and beds comfortable. Staff is helpful and very kind. Breakfast is amazing. Definitely a place to stay if in Kärnten.

The room was spacious, it all looked newly furnished and it was very clean. The view was amazing - hill on one side, and lake on the other. The breakfast place is so cozy and gives warm vibes. There are various choices for breakfast and it's all delicious! The host was nice and friendly, especially with our kid, which was amazing. Overall, we would recommand this place, and would come again here. :)

Location is fantastic — cozy and silent, yet with 5 minutes by walk, you are in the centre of Velden. Excellent breakfast, rooms are spacious and new. Staff is incredibly kind and communicative. There's a decent parking space in front of the villa too.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to take the lake view as it’s amazing. The location was also great with the town center, store, cafe, train station within walking distance.

Clean and well-equipped apartment, with a large,well-kept garden. The apartment is easily accessible (with parking place), we also got the key easily. The surroundings are peaceful and amazing. I recommend it, also for families with children.
