This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel in the space of a month and could note inconsistencies in the overall experience. Whilst it is one of the best hotels to stay at when in Jeddah, the guest experience does need to match yet what one receives at Sheraton globally. Staff at their restaurant (there is only one) is very friendly and helpful, particularly the Restaurant Manager (seemingly from India). He did everything he could to satisfy our needs.
