SingaporeReally cannot complain . Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean, amenities replaced every day. Location attached to a mall and metro. Lots of restaurants. Easy to travel around by either metro or taxi (didi). Staff were perfect in friendliness, helpfulness and being accommodating

North MacedoniaWhile I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out.
Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.

I was very comfortable throughout my stay and the staff were excellent which is what I would expect from the Sheraton. It was a very pleasant day overall and I would recommend it to anybody visiting.

me and my husband have a very nice stay at sheraton, the room is totally out of our expectation, it is totally worth it. location is strategic, link mall beside, and very near to mrt station exit. hotel staff is polite and friendly. definetly will back again

During my stay at Sheraton Guangzhou, my husband had a medical emergency. I contacted the hotel, the hotel manager provided seamless assistance by calling the ambulance for us. Before I headed to the hospital, he also asked me to text him in case I need any help. When we were back from hospital, the hotel also provided some porridge for my husband. All the other hotel staffs including the housekeeping are also providing excellent service! Will definitely come back again!

I'm a loyal Sheraton customer but this was the worst experience of my life. the cleaning lady stole 2000€ from me and my colleagues in the room and the Sheraton hotel, the manager and the staff didn't care. we will proceed in legal ways.

The furniture in the room appears to be quite new and clean, room cleaning services was very thorough and tidy.
Breakfast in the Sheraton Club was excellent because the ambient was nice and quiet. An adequate choices of fresh fruit
and freshly brew coffee were available.
Staff at the front desk was efficient and rendered impressive services. Other staff at the lobby were helpful and offered help and advice voluntarily.
On the whole, our three nights stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
