Very friendly staff, in particulary Terrance Cammilus as a terrific Duty Manager who is really taking care with a lot of interest to all the guest. Very nice garden and quiet place when you compare to other hotels at JBR but still in the neighborhood of nice restaurants, bars, etc.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delightful and extensive variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – a perfect 10! The room was exceptional! The hotel has been recently renovated, so it is brand new, with amazing interior design. The pool was also very nice, but hot and windy (on the 24th floor). The entrance to the mall is also a big add-on. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very central (10 mins to the Palm/West Beach, 10 mins to Jumeira Beach, 15 mins to Marina/JBR, 10 mins to downtown, 30 mins to the airport).

Located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Four Points by Sheraton features an outdoor pool and WiFi access. Emirates Towers Metro Station is just 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Lakshme (housekeeping lady ) was so nice and professional, the concierge too was so welcoming, everything 😊 , convivial. Coming back for sur , next décembre and sharing with friends too. I was feeling like home.

The hotel services and facilities were exceedingly exceptional. Breakfast was brilliant with such a variety to choose from. There are also a la carte restaurants within the hotel and a cafe and poolside bar that serves foods and drinks - so there’s always something for everyone as well as room service if course. There is a Japanese restaurant on site which was genuinely my favourite! I would very highly recommend. Additionally, there’s shops, beauty salon, spa, gym, pool etc. The hotel room (we stayed in a creek view room), size, cleanliness and staff hospitality etc. were beyond exceptional! I loved it and really hope to return to soon.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. Room service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks goes to Mr. Som who went out of his way to make sure the restaurant experience was impeccable. I definitely recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again.
