In my opinion, her customer service is second to none. In general, the hotel has an excellent location and we intend to come back again. Also, the room service was good when it comes to security. It is a typical luxury Dubai Sheraton hotel. Outdoor pool (8am - 8pm) I can recommend the bigger Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The location was excellent with direct access to MOE and the metro. A very prime location with easy access to Dubai. Abbass at the Sheraton Club was amazing. He made us feel at home. Staff all over the hotel premises was very nice and friendly. Kalpana the room service staff was amazing and extremely helpful.
