The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Really enjoyed the apartment styled room. It had everything you need and more. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great and close by the train station. I would definitely choose this stay again whenever I am in Nice! Also liked the the door were all code related so no need to carry around keycards or worry about losing them.

The place seems recently renovated, so everything feels quite new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room size is perfect for a family of three and includes all the essentials. A great choice for families with one or two kids.

The house is just a couple blocks from the beach, conveniently located. The owner is kind and helpful. There are free umbrellas to borrow for the beach. The beach is clean and gorgeous.

I liked this property for several reasons: - it was very spacious - it was very clean inside - I walked quite a bit to the Casino and Hotel de Ville, and to the exotic garden, the princely palace and others, I took the bus very easy - it doesn’t have its own parking lot, but it is quite close to the underground parking lot at the gara sncf, which allowed us to leave the car there for 3 days - it had air conditioning, washing machine and clothes dryer, so we could do our laundry - the host was nice and left us 2 bottles of water in the fridge, micellar water, napkins and others in the bathroom, coffee capsules in the kitchen...
