The swimming pool is clean and the water are with perfect temperature. It was lovely to stay at the pool with the surrounding green hills. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host is simply a perfect one. He is going out of his way to make you feel comfortable and make sure you are not missing anything. His recommendations about restaurants, places to see where perfect and having all the attractions booked with his helped saved us a lot of time and money. The perfect host !

It was as advertised in the photos and we found the place very cosy for our two night stay. The location is in close proximity to central park (10 mins walk) and fairly close to a few supermarkets (15 mins walk). There is also free parking outside the building for those doing day trips from Borjomi. Gari was a great host who gave us the famed Georgian hospitality. We highly recommend this property.

Kutaisi International Airport is 155 km from the property. We stayed in a family suite. We were a group of 5. This guesthouse was absolutely beautiful. I highly highly recommend this for your trip! The hosts were one of the best people I’ve met. 1. The suite was very comfortable and we were well taken care of. My mother wasn’t feeling well and we had requested the host with a slice of garlic. She was gracious to help us. Additionally I had requested a small cake to celebrate my family members birthday and the host arranged it for us as well without any charge. Wonderful and gracious hosts 2. The hotel ambience is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor areas view is to die for. We went during the winter season and even then it was very promising. During the summer I can only imagine how beautiful it would be ❤️ 3. Breakfast wasn’t included and we had to choose from a pre set menu. It was delicious and came on our choice of time. One of the best breakfasts we have had in Georgia. Bear in mind that the venue is cash only. So prepare to give lari as payment.
