Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

Appartement centre-ville Annecy อยู่ในใจกลางอานซี ห่างจากศูนย์ประชุม Rochexpo 35 กม. และห่างจากทะเลสาบ Bourget Lake 36 กม. The location was very convenient, about 2-3 minutes by walk and very close from the train station as well as the bus stop. All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

Very clean and comfy bed. Sibylle was really kind and helpful. Recommended some really good restaurants. She made our stay there extra special.

Studio moderne , place parking privé , emplacement idéal à 100 m du lac . มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในอานซี ห่างจากทะเลสาบ Bourget Lake 38 กม. ห่างจากสนามกีฬา Stade de Genève 38 กม. Very wonderful experience, the room is very clean and staff is friendly and welcoming!

Le studio d ' Alery - au coeur de la ville - 16 Bis ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางอานซี ห่างจากศูนย์ประชุม Rochexpo 35 กม. และห่างจากทะเลสาบ Bourget Lake 36 กม. Cute little cocoon just steps from the old town. Beautiful and well equipped. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Wifi was stable, comfortable bed, good water pressure, safe and nice area. It doesn’t have parking but I left my car at the Parking Chevene (5min walk) and they charged me only 21€ for 8 nights. Look forward to coming back.

Beautiful house, lots of lovely details. Well equipped. Coffee provided. I could easily have spent a whole week there but only had 1 night. Close to Annecy and very quiet.

Mr Rennet could not have been more helpful and available. He was so accommodating and responsive. The apt was so clean and everything was up to date and worked so well. He really made sure to welcome me and even helped arrange for a bicycle.

" Le petit bonlieu " au centre ville et à 300 m du lac ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางอานซี ห่างจากศูนย์ประชุม Rochexpo 32 กม. และห่างจากทะเลสาบ Bourget Lake 37 กม. very clean, very easy to find and very friendly host. well equiped and perfect location in town close to the lake, shops and restaurants. we would clearly come again.
