The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

The place is 5 mins away from a bus stop, 10 mins from a beautiful park and 30 mins of walking to the city center. Lidl, coop are 5-10 mins away from the apartment. The place was clean on arrival. Welcome coffee is a nice touch. One of the best place I've ever been to.
