One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the owner – he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I arrived in the middle of the night around 2am, and he was instantly responsive on WhatsApp, guiding me and making sure the keys were easy to find. That kind of care really made a difference. He also took the time to have a coffee with me and shared great advice about traveling in North Vietnam. Later, he even helped me send some lost items all the way to Thailand – truly exceptional service. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was great, and the whole space felt cozy and well thought out. I also really enjoyed the balcony – it overlooks a local school, which gives the mornings a nice, lively feel. Perfect for sipping a coffee and watching the city wake up. The location is ideal too – super central, with easy access to everything you might need in Hanoi. I’d definitely stay here again.

The coziest stay Ive ever had in Hanoi! Great location surrounded by locally owned unique cafes. Very near to Lake Tay Ho and many yoga/ fitness studios. The staff were bubbly and very accommodating. Brownie points for the washing machine that comes with the dryer! Will definitely stay here again next time in hanoi

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and truly want to compliment the outstanding quality of service provided! First of all, the housekeeping service was exceptionally clean and professional. Coming back to the room each day was a delight – everything was tidy, fresh-smelling, and neatly arranged. The linens and towels were spotless and replaced regularly, giving a real sense of comfort and peace of mind. The staff were also incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. From the front desk and security to the breakfast team, everyone was warm, helpful, and always had a smile. I had a few small requests during my stay, and they were all handled quickly and thoughtfully. Another big highlight was the variety and quality of the breakfast options. There were plenty of choices that catered to both Asian and Western tastes. The food was always fresh, hot, and flavorful. The dining area was clean and spacious, making breakfast even more enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel’s location was extremely convenient, close to the city center and within walking distance to many attractions, shopping spots, and dining options. It made getting around very easy and efficient. All in all, I was completely satisfied with my stay and will definitely return in future trips. Highly recommended!

Great location in the old quarter. The homestay is at the end of an alleyway so it's quiet despite the traffic and activity outside. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms with nice extras like a fridge, kettle, umbrella and TV. Wifi is very fast. The washing machines and driers on the 5th floor are a real bonus. Managed by a lovely, kind and helpful family. This is a great place to stay.
