We had a great experience, we stayed for 9 nights and we could have not asked for a better place! The whole hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey and the rooms are equipped with everything!! Location is a dream, and there is a 24 hour receptionist / security on guard. We have found our second home in Mexico! Great modern and clean apartment in an awesome location, walking distance to everything. We stayed for 11 days and would recommend this apartment to others. Very responsive host, friendly staff and inside has very thing you need with lots of space (no air-conditioning though). Bonus that they has Netflix, prime and Disney plus. Many amazing restaurants very close, dry cleaners next door and Oxxo around the corner. We will be back.

24/7 doorman was a plus as was the electronic entry into suite=no key to manage. Suite (two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area) was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, nice sheets and hot water on demand shower. Management was helpful and friendly. Centrally located to great restaurants, good shopping and sites. Would definitely stay here again.
