Nice garden and balcony to sit out with a drink. Convenient for food shops. Interesting decoration that reflects the owners personality. We only stayed one night as a stopover on our journey up the coast for which it was exactly what we needed.

By far my favourite place to stay in Japan so far. The ladies who welcomed us was so incredibly sweet; they showed us around and one of them even took us to the local shrine so my kids could enjoy the ice cream I had purchased from their sister store.

Owner was fantastic, extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and just such a great person. Close to super market, laundromat, train station for trips out. Great locations within walking distance. Was nice to feel like a local.
