The location was superb, and it was clean, homely, and had a good restaurant next door! We could do everything we planned within about a 15min drive, and the hosts had thought of everything - all bathing amenities, toiletries, and a good value delivery service for food & drink! They were there to greet us, and respond to messages quickly and courteously. There was nothing they couldn't help with, including transportation. They made our stay comfortable and easy, and we would highly recommend to anyone! The water comes right up to the boat house, and the sunset is stunning, as it is a prime location, unobstructed on the waterfront. There are some very sweet cats around who help if you miss your own pets. The view from the stable door is gorgeous, and there is also a little handmade shop inside one of the pretty coloured boat houses along the row.

Myself and my two friends stayed with Marianna for two nights in Sarantis and it was just what we needed. Incredible location, awesome facilities, it was a great space to relax and take in the beauty of the island. Marianna went above and beyond for us, helping us plan our daily activities and ensuring we were well fed with her delicious baking before we embarked on our excursions. The bar is set very high now for the rest of our trip!! We will definitely all be back to stay with her again, and could not recommend Sarantis highly enough as a destination. Thank you Marianna! Chris was great from the first moment I booked until I checked out. We were there for our anniversary and he helped me prepare some nice surprises for my wife as well! He even helped me with my transportation from and to the airport. We were there for 2 nights but it felt like it was 2 weeks. The room is very clean and new, the whole building and experience is "smart", e-checkin, code to enter the house/hotel, pre-order of breakfast (online as well), implicit online instructions (by email) on how to access the room the first day of arrival, facilities that help you cook or prepare your breakfast (everything in excellent condition), written guidelines on how to operate the room!! Room is very close to the port of Adamas, walking distance of 10-15min. Beach in front of the room is not the nicest on the island (close to the port) but it is enough for a quick swim.

We absolutely loved our time here!!! It was exactly what we were looking for. The property is beautiful and with a very authentic feel. The room was beautiful, with the right amount of modern updates but warm and seaside town touches. It was spacious, airy, and comfortable. We had breakfast every morning by the owners and it was absolutely delicious. We really felt a warm welcome from the owner and he was so kind to us during our whole stay. They provide airport pickup/drop off for free which was amazing. The location couldnt be more perfect. It is a lovely 7 min walk into town of Adamas, but far enough away from the bustle. Very convenient. Overall 10/10 for price and expectation! Loved it here!

Spacious apartment with good amenities and it's a good location from the port. Has a washing machine which is convenient for those people on long vacations. Otherwise the host was communicative and helpful, we had a nice stay.

A unique experience! Wonderful location in a calm little bay. Not a lot of people and amazing view. The property had a modern touch, and still felt very authentic. We had a wonderful time, and it gave us the perfect feeling for our honeymoon!

    Nowadays is difficult to find unique experiences due to the size/dynamics of tourism. Although the Monk seal boathouse might be pricey for an average family, I still recommend to make the effort and experience this amazing oasis at the end of Klima. I am pretty sure my family, specially my two small kids, will remember this stay. Comfy beds and nice kitchen with all you need.

    “sirma” type ground level apartment tastefully renovated with modern amenities (including fans, AC, TV, kitchen with coffee machine and fridge) and nice set of chairs and table for the outside area that is directly on the water. Breakfast box delivery is fabulous since there is only 1 restaurant in the area (no mini market). Great cleaning service.

    The fisherman houses are very attractive to the tourist eyes for their bright, beautiful colors from outside. Being located right on the shoreline make the houses attractive, and definitely offer a spectacular view. During the night there is a breathtaking show of bright stars on the dark sky. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge was stocked with water, juice, milk, wine and a bowl of peaches. This was very nice since the place is out of reach for supermarket. We appreciated the everyday cleaning service.

    Great location on the waterfront with a perfect view of the sunset from the balcony. Big roof top with great comfortable sun beds and seating. Kitchen with everything you need. The host was really helpful and easy to communicate with. AC worked perfectly.
