Mississauga is the site of Toronto Pearson Airport, so many visitors to the Ontario capital pass through without even realising. Once a Toronto suburb on the shores of Lake Ontario, Sauga (as it’s affectionately called) is now a city in its own right, though it’s not immediately obvious where one ends and the other begins.
Both have in common the broad horizon of nothing but water on one side and a skyscraper-dominated skyline on the other. The most iconic structures are the curvy Absolute World towers, said to resemble Marilyn Monroe. Over the road is one of Canada’s largest shopping centres: Square One.
More stores are in Sherway Gardens Mall near Toronto Golf Club, just one of many within Mississauga. There is also a staggering number of parks, including some lining the Credit River which enters the lake by Port Credit historic village, home to lots of cafés, restaurants and bars. Salmon migrate up the river, so fishing is popular.
The fact that this was once agricultural land inspired the design of the civic centre, overlooking the Living Arts Centre and the Art Gallery of Mississauga across Celebration Square.
Booking.com’s Mississauga accommodation options include hotels by the convention centre, apartment complexes with hot tubs, and cheap motel deals near the Hershey Centre.

Like most Canadian cities and towns Mississauga is clean and not overcrowded and noisy. Traffic was quite tolerable and the restaurants we ate in offered terrific, delicious food. My personal favorite was a Korean spot that had great fried chicken , etc.

The facility was clean and presentable, the staff was courteous and friendly as well but unfortunately our room wasn’t well prepared.
We had 6 guests stay 2 of the bed were put together with the last one (pull out bed) had no sheets, blankets pillow etc ready. We understand it’s not ideal to have such amenities laying around but not to have them in the room at all and then travel back to the concierge was inconvenient. Regularly something of this nature isn’t a matter to review about but they didn’t even have all the amenities needed on hand. So we were short blankets and pillows for 2 guests.
Best Western Hotels are usually Top notch service providers but this location did not reach that level.

Was not happy when the kitchen tap leaked down the counter to the floor causing a big puddle and guy try to fix it by banging on it when it clearly needed a whole new faucet. I washed dishes in bathroom sink before going to new room that had a disgusting tub that we had to put a towel in to step in to shower. When I asked to check out late was told I had to pay $60 after already being ripped off for this horrible place. I would not recommend not to mention the bugs.

This area of Toronto to me is only going to YYZ.
This area of Toronto to me is only going to YYZ. The great thing about it is the Up Express train, that is direct from Pearson to DT Toronto stopping lastly at Union Station. More stops and locations are being added in near future.
we arrived on June 8th, when Rogers had went down. and all bank machines were down. we had no money on us, and had already purchased tickets to a show in Toronto. the general manager called us a cab, and paid for us to go and come back. and put it on our room. we were so grateful, he said he just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. I will never stay anywhere’s else when visiting Mississauga. he defiantly values his customers.
The room was squeaky-clean and beds were comfortable. Our grandkids loved the swimming pool. Breakfast was awesome so with the Staff. Service were excellent especially the charming lady named Girlie. She was very helpful and accommodating. We're thankful and delighted with her service that we look forward to visit this great place again in the near future. Thank you Hyatt Place Toronto/Mississauga!
Very clean spacious rooms with free coffee and teas. Free water and further coffee and tea available at reception and the breakfast was really good! Location was perfect- close to the airport and very easy to get into toronto (free hotel shuttle to terminal 1 and then the UP train to union station). Reception staff were so friendly and helpful and assisted us with booking a trip to niagara falls.
Money value! Worth it! BREAKFAST included! ❤️ saves time for us to enjoy more of Toronto then trying to find out where we should eat that took most of our time in our trip. Loved how the laundry room is big n spacious, opens 24/7 unlike other hotels. Have a little tiny convience store, things from toothbrush to a small selection of mircrowavable foods.
Beautiful hotel ideally located for square one shopping centre and buses to most tourist locations. (5 min walk) Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean rooms with comfy beds. Restaurant was tasty for dinner and breakfast. Pool was great, open until 10pm I think and fitness suite was 24hrs. Ideal family or business hotel in the centre of Mississauga.
Had a flight cancellation from Toronto airport and booked here last minute, late night booking. Staff were great, hotel to airport shuttle was so easy and the room was excellent. Quick buffet brekky downstairs before heading back to the airport in the morning, good price and really lessened the worry of a stressful night!
This hotel became my number one chioce whenever I want to have a short trip to Toronto. It is the best regarding cleanness, comfort, location and value for money. It is a newely made building with new furniture and appliances. It is so cozy and clean that feels like you walk into your own home. Highly suggested.
Breakfast was superb, even the rooms and proximity to the Pearson Toronto Airport, but to be frank, i got very good assistance from one restaurant attendant called Ms. Caloryn if i do remember well. Unfortunately i got miss treated by the lady from Nigeria who served at the hotel restaurant (Ms. Ngonzi)
The manager was very accommodating as we were there on a flight cancellation laid over for 2 nights. The day of our departure, the weather was bad in the Toronto area and he offered us a late late checkout and a great rate for another night if we needed it. We were very impressed with his generosity.
It was a 3 star hotel (maybe a 3.5 star) and priced accordingly, was good value. Rooms were spacious, bed was really really good. Breakfast was the standard brown-paper bag breakfast, which was fine. I would happily stay again.
The hotel location was perfect as it is very close to Toronto Pearson Airport and malls/stores. Also liked the fact that the hotel reception area and lobby was always clean and smelled really nice all the time.
Service and interpersonal interaction were great. Breakfast was on point.Perfect location and service for a one-night overnight stay (thank you Air Canada for cancelling our flight).
Central location in Mississauga within easy reach of Square One Mall and SqOne bus terminal for easy access to Toronto. Spacious flat on 17th floor, good views and cable tv
Easy access from the airport. I arrived in Toronto exhausted from a very long day of travel and was grateful to be able to just walk to the hotel and fall into bed.
