Although in the first instance we did not receive an online invoice due to some mistakes, Razvan from FOH was great and sorted outright over the phone.

Our room was on the second floor. The 2nd floor foyer was like Beatles memorial! With photos along the walls and a giant Yellow Submarine suspended over heada.

So much to see and do (and eat) in very compact centre - go to Albert Dock for all kinds of superb restaurants, local themed souvenirs both classy or tacky, Heavy use of Beatles themes, but you should do one Beatles tour, the guides are super fun; |night at Cavern CLub or theatre, big Arena nearly Wembley size but easier to navigate. 30min boat round the docks or a longer ferry/cruise; do lots, or sit on waterfront chilling out; great buildings, some really surprising museums, themed local history, customs & excise/smuggling, mystery tunnels; Western Approaches WW2 bunker, great modern shopping centre; 2 large beautiful parks, Tate Northern art exhibits - it is such a super place to find anything. Very safe to wander at night. Tudor mansion Speke Hall is nearby too!

A great city for a weekend break. Plenty to see and do.
A great city for a weekend break. Plenty to see and do. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. If you are into music this is your city. There was plenty of nightlife and restaurants and enough to keep us entertained during a two-day stay.

Love the British Music Experience and Anfield Stadium tour.
Love the British Music Experience and Anfield Stadium tour. Been to Albert Dock before, the view was nice on a sunny day and the retail shops, cafes and restaurants are okay. But it was a shame that the Museum of Liverpool was only open on the ground floor and the others (The Maritime Museum & Tate Liverpool) were closed. Transportation was easy to navigate as well.

Visit Liverpool often to see family but decided to have a night on my own. Visited the Music Attraction in the Cunard building which was well worth the money. Have done all the Beatles stuff before during my many visits. Easy to get around with the bus station very central in the city. Only problem was had to drag case with me as a booked storage ticket was not accepted at Lime Street station storage.

Beautiful City, Lovely buildings and it is very clean.
Beautiful City, Lovely buildings and it is very clean. The people are very friendly and helpful. It’s very easy to get about as it isn’t too big. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Great shops, restaurants and cafes.
Best option in Liverpool! Unforgettable experience of living within the Beatles atmosphere!
The kindness of the staff (Maria, Moe, Muhhammad) is outstanding! They provided all the support for us to have an unforgettable Christmas at this hotel. The hotel provides an immersive experience in the Beatles history, through music, posters, videos etc. The bedrooms are big and silent. The location is perfect, near the Cavern Clube, the Beatles statue, the Beatles Museum, the Beatles Story (in the docks), and a lot of good restaurants.
The hotel is ideally located literally right next door to Lime St Train Station. The decor is GORGEOUS and you get the feeling that you are definitely staying at a 5 star hotel. The staff at check-in were fast and let us drop off our bags as we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and again, the decor was great. Everything we needed was in the room, from toiletries to hair dryer, tv and coffee maker. It was such a great experience we have already booked this place for our next trip to Liverpool going soon!
Location is fantastic in the city centre, with staff providing plenty of recommendations to explore the city. A lovely card written to the guest is presented once checked in and Andy advised us of the best places to park as well as the discounted restaurants offered. We also received an upgrade to our room upon arrival which was a wonderful bonus! Love the general vibe with the dark decor, would certainly recommend to anybody visiting Liverpool.
This property was in a great location. It was a 10 minute walk to the City Centre and the Docks. The hotel was beautiful, the entrance is gorgeous, there’s a bar which overlooks the docks - very scenic. The rooms were spacious and always very clean! Everything was restocked daily - water, towels, disposable bags. The staff at reception couldn’t have been more friendlier and helpful during my stay here. I would highly recommend!
The location and the historical architecture of the original building which in the best location in the city for seeing the liver building and water ways around the Liverpool docks. The history in relation the most famous floating hotel and all the memorabilia relating to final journey with regard to the Titannic. The day/night staff were very polite and supportive to your every need
Xxxxxcccccccccccccccvvvvvvv.
It’s so central! I don’t think I realised from the map how close it was to the docks and the city centre.
The decor in the hotel is lovely! I love the mural behind the bed as well!
THE VIEW OH MY GOD. The view from our room was spectacular. We spent probably too long staring out of the window watching the ferries and the boats. Sensational view!
Everything from the moment we arrived. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The room and hotel was spotless. Food was excellent. It was central and would highly recommend. I have been in Liverpool numerous times for matches over the years and this hotel is by far the best that I have stayed at. I will be going back in the future
The hotel is very quirky, very clean the staff are very friendly and nothing is a bother to them. The breakfast is wonderful and if your not into a full Irish there are plenty more choices. The bar is also very good. Will definitely return. Location close to the Docks, Liverpool one and Liverpool City centre all within walking distance.
The hotel was located in a great area of town because it was walkable and close to all the major sites one may want to see in Liverpool. It's close to the shopping district, restaurants, pubs and Beatles sites. Its also right on a bus line and within walking distance of the railway station. Breakfast was great!
It was a great location. I liked that it was a 1 minute walk from Anfield Park and it was easy to get buses into the city centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful as were all the Liverpudlians that we met. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy and you could park in the front driveway
The location of this property is brilliant, it is literally a few minutes walk from the docks and you have some if best restaurants in Liverpool within a few hundred yard walk. I initially had a hotel booked which I changed to an apartment at the last minute, I’m so glad I done so.
Great location for Liverpool city centre and Albert docks. Comfortable rooms and beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient for both train and bus station. Kitchen had everything needed to cook own meals and Tesco 5 mins away. Had tea coffee and milk in room on arrival.
The hotel is very grand, but very run down and its a shame as it has lots of potential. The room was a decent size but had a very cheap bed, cheap pillows, the bathroom was actually the best part as it looked as if it was recently updated
Hotel is in a great location for accessing Liverpool City Centre. Hotel staff were very helpful and gave us some local recommendations on places to visit. The room was comfortable and clean. Views over the docks were an added bonus.
