The staff is kind and helpful, the facilities are clean, and the traditional Japanese breakfast is very filling. Innkeepers are very friendly and helpful. Our room was large enough and the bath was a communal bath was a great Japan-only experience. They were available to answer our questions and provided a wonderful breakfast for us. We had our luggage shipped from Tokyo with Yamato transport and the staff gladly accepted this and had it waiting in our room when we arrived. The onsen was an absolute delight.
