Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

The staff were excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nearly equivalent to a 5-star experience. The only downside was the view, which was not particularly impressive. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.
