It’s far enough apart from the other property on site and also has a divider to feel private. Very clean, comfy, felt homelike. Communication with the host was great and very helpful. Check in and out was very easy. The driveway is no joke but passing other houses in Piha, that seemed to be quite common for the area.

Beautiful hotel in a great location on high street. Staff were exceptionally friendly and we appreciated the free drink in the bar, which has lots of character. Room decor was beautiful and king bed was very comfortable.
