Below the hotel is a shopping mall and the hotel is wonderful with great facilities and breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Service is world class!!

El hotel està a 10 min. del aéropuerto, por tanto a unos 45 min de Old Mumbai, pero la estacion Marol Naka del nuevo Metro està a escasos 300 m del hotel. Preciosos jardines y piscina, fitness center, sauna y Spa. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y grandes, asi como el baño que dispone de bañera y ducha separada. El desayuno muy variado. y el personal muy atento y servicial.

La calidad del desayuno por variedad, calidad de los productos dulces y salados espectacular. Un hotel exclusivo, muy tranquilo a pesar de ser un edificio grande. Limpieza del hotel, habitaciones cómodas, amplias y también las vistas a la bahía especiales.

The smart luxury and intuitive service of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand debuted in India with Conrad Pune. First visit to this hotel , was really amazing , rooms , clean , food , restaurants , very friendly staff polite and helpful . I like everything. Specially the breakfast and the view to fountain with life music.

Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Really central, close to the Gateway of India. Less crowded than central Mumbai. Room was nice and clean, and high standard for India in my opition. The staff is LOVELY! Most helpful and sweet people we met on our journey, and they will make your breakfast just how you want it!

Located in Parel Mumbai, ITC Grand Central, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai features rooms and suites with city views. One of my best experiences till today . They have gone above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible . From the Staff at the reception to the staff at the entrance to the service at breakfast .. was above and beyond . Response time to room service was exceptional as well . Thank you for making our stay so comfortable
