Our stay was excellent. • The staff were friendly. •Having a pool to come back to was perfect especially after a very hot day at Tikal. • The location was good and it’s only a short walk or tuktuk across the bridge. •The room was comfortable and clean with aircon and had a wonderful view of the lake

The location in a natural reserve with a private beach is exceptional. The facilities are very well kept and staff go above and beyond to make your stay in the hotel and experience in Peten a trip to remember. Kevin Guerra from the reception orgsnized fantastic tours for my family, the service providers were excellent.

Great aircon, perfect location only 2 mins walk from where buses drop you off. Staff were really friendly and we booked a tour to Tikal with them for a great price and with a fantastic guide. We were able to leave our big bags at the hotel all day on our day of check out as we were getting a night bus that night. Free drinking water in the lobby and bottles in the room
