The staff were very welcoming and nice. Great English breakfast, and the staff were ok with us leaving our bags for an hour in the morning after check out. Heating was good, and in a perfect area to get to the shops on foot.

The Blue Boar is a former coaching inn that sits on Witney’s market square. It offers a restaurant serving homemade food and rooms with baths and showers.

The room was lovely, clean, and big, with everything we needed in the room. It was also in a separate building to the pub so it wasn’t too loud. It was located in the centre of town, so transport and everything was close by. The breakfast included in the price was awesome - buffet or anything on the menu with drinks included. The staff were so attentive and polite. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a fantastic place to stay if you’re in Witney.

Overlooking Witney's Church Green, The Fleece is a charming Georgian building with spacious and modern rooms. A good breakfast is served every morning, and Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The Trout is a vintage pub very close to a bridge over the Thames. Both the pub facilities as well as the room we stayed in were fantastic! We also had a wonderful dinner in the pub. However, we especially appreciated the kindness and the friendliness of all the hotel staff, particularly of the manager, Hannah. We came as guests and left as friends. Thank you very much Hannah and all the team! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place. Lovely structure and staff. Dinner was amazing. Congratulations to the chef. Missing just the spa which they said is coming soon and a little more Mediterranean options for breakfast.
