We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The workers were really friendly and helpful. They gave us a guest card to use in some busses and activities. And also there were free croissant, tea and coffee.

everything was good! the breakfast was superb and a lot of variety. they also got rice for breakfast. so delicious the food. free parking space and all the staff so friendly especially waitresses for the breakfast. I enjoyed staying here. will come back soon. thanks
