It’s beautiful, clean, the staff are some of the friendliest people we’ve met, and the location is amazing. It’s located in the medina so everything is pretty much walkable. You get a stunning view of the Marrakesh sunset from the rooftop. We had to check out super early around 6:30 and the staff prepared breakfast for us at 6AM. The service was just incredible!

Went absolutely out of their way on multiple occasions to help with even minor requests... and they serve a fantastic and authentic breakfast too.

Location wise its really good, close to money changers, groceries, atm machine and 12 mins walk to Medina. The breakfast is 10/10.

Terletak sejauh 8 menit jalan kaki dari Le Jardin Secret dan 800 m dari Museum Mouassine, KOUTOBIA ROYAL menyediakan kamar dengan AC dan kamar mandi pribadi di Marrakesh. could not recommend this enough!!! staff were super welcoming, helpful & accomodating!! the riad was in a perfect location, short distance walk to a lot of hotspots and away from the loud noise at night. aircon and wifi worked perfectly in the room. clean towels and linen on the daily. breakfast was yummy and fresh (they even packed us a mini early breakky when we had early check out). nice rooftop and aesthetic of the riad overall. no complaints :))))
