A special accommodation. Beautiful building, clean rooms and sheets , comfortable beds, air conditioned, breakfast varied and excellent taste. Terrace with comfortable relaxation space, wi-fi networks that cover the entire hotel well. On-site parking who assure the safety of our motorcycles. The hosts are more than welcoming, you feel like you're among friends. We had opportunities to listen to them sing traditional songs and chatted until after midnight- it was an amazing experience! For sure I will return here to my next trip to Morocco, not only for the good accommodation conditions but also to meet them again

This establishment is a hidden gem. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. Even though we were late, the staff waited for us and checked us in. Hassan was everything you want in a host; helpful, easy-going, informative and generous with his time and knowledge. The view from the terrace is amazing, not to mention that the dunes and the desert are right next to the hotel.

A beautiful hotel with a view of the sand dunes. The rooms and the hotel were always extremely clean and everything always smelled nice. They have a beautifully decorated garden with a swimming pool, which we enjoyed. The food was very tasty. The staff were extremely good and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. They organized day trips for us, they washed our clothes, the reception staff did their best in the organization. It was extremely hot, but they made sure to always give us bottles of water when we went on excursions, with breakfast, in the room... I would also like to praise the staff at their camp, they are extremely friendly and helpful, and the camp is also clean and tidy even though it is in the middle of the desert. Thank you for everything.

We had a one night stay after arriving from Marrakesh. Next day we would leave for a night in the desert. Arrival was uncomplicated, easy to find (dirt roads). We were welcomed with tea and snacks. There were no other guests during our stay so it was all quiet. There is a nice inner court that provides both sun and shadows and allows you to relax in front of your room. The room we had was great, huge bed, working shower with warm water - all good. We had asked for the standard dinner menu (150 dh) and it was 1) delicious and 2) waaaaay too much. We had to leave some food unfortunately. Also, they helped us book a quad trip in the desert on the next day. Easy and from a price perspecitve OK I would say. Would definitely recommend Maison Hassan!

It is a gem! Amazing hotel, very close to the dunes. The room was really big and the mattress.. finally something my back was super happy with:) pool was a really good bonus and dinner was delicious. Really big thanks to all the exceptional staff, you guys make this place special!

We could not have dreamt of a better place to disconnect from the stress of cities and connect with nature. This is a brand-new family owned and managed riad, tastefully decorated in local Berber style with super spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms in incredibly peaceful setting near Saharan golden dunes. You can view the dunes from the stunning rooftop, watch the sunset and enjoy the night sky lounging in cozy, comfy divans or chill around the pool in the hot desert sun. The owners are very friendly, and hospitable people. Upon arrival we were greeted with a “Berber whisky” which is actually a tea) and some refreshments. The breakfast was delicious as well as the tajine dinner. Mustafa has arranged for us a trip to visit local nomad people in their traditional settlements and later a quad to see the sunset from the top of the Dunes. We would definitely stay again and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Hospitality level was super! the location of the gite was great as you could walk directly to the dunes in a few minutes and there were lots of camels in the area that you could visit. You would most likely want to have a car because the gite is about 2.5-3 kms from town. We ha a car, which made it easy to go to the hosts house in the morning (where the breakfast was served). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. Did I mention how great the hospitality was?

The location was perfect, so unusual. We felt like we were actually in the middle of the Sahara desert but surrounded by 5 star luxury . The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us.

    Our stay at Riad Chebbi was wonderful. Rooms are very clean and smells very fresh, interior is traditional Moroccan and luxury. Also the main thank you for such professional staff especially Fatima and Yedir, they were very friendly and attentive! Also I highly recommend during the stay at Riad Chebbi to have a dinner, because it is incredible!
