I am not a very tall person. The tub was very high. It was very difficult for me to get in and out of the tub to shower.

We booked a room with a view of the Tower Bridge, and it did not disappoint! It was amazing! We had our two chairs turned towards the window the entire time we were in room at night looking at the lights. Also looked over the Tower of London. The location to both of those attractions and the Underground Tower station was so close! The room was very nice and comfortable.

The stairs to the elevator and all the fire doors made it hard to navigate with lots of big luggage. It's only a minor complaint.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, very tasty breakfast 🥞, hygiene level is good 👍 - the 1st thing I look for in a hotel. Comfortable bed, great swimming pool. We stayed in an executive room. A complimentary bottle of wine was a great surprise. Great location, easy to get around anywhere in central London

Staff was very polite and help full. Our bedroom was upgraded and we were very great full, Steam room and pool was an amazing way to spend and relax after a very long/busy day exploring London. Cannot comment on food as we did not eat from the hotel. However it did smell amazing!

Not saying that there is anything bad, but you could improved by adding LED motion sensor lights for the beds.

I loved the service and the room was OUTSTANING and even upgraded for us free of charge! The chefs were very nice and welcoming, greeted us into the restaurant kindly. Food is exceptional and loved the wide varieties. Prices are very affordable for one night. The swimming pool is very pleasant with relaxing atmosphere. I loved the fact that when you get underwater, there is no stinging in your eyes. Also liked the eucalyptus scent in the air and LOVED the spa and how you made it. Honestly this should be a 5 star hotel and i dont think there is anything better than this so far........

From arrival to departure we couldn’t fault our stay. The location was perfect for our evening plans. The room was immaculate We didn’t eat at the hotel but the food looked good. We enjoyed a drink in the bar We used the pool although busy when we went it was still possible to swim and relax All the staff that we spoke with were polite and attentive We have made a second booking for later in the year.
