Everything was great, especially I'd like to mention staff of the hotel: friendly, supportive, ready to help and solve all the questions and not annoying at all. Many thanks for the animation team: Furkan, Fuat, Jenya and of course lovely and funny Mehmet :) The F&B team also does a great work. All the dishes are tasty, there is a great variety of choice, everyday is a special menu and presentation in front of the main restaurant (e.g. Mexican day, Turkish night). Barmen at the main restaurant and lobby bar are very nice and polite. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy (we had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view in the 1st building). The territory of Numa Bay is rather compact, but smartly thought out, so all the activities, bars and restaurants are on their places. All in all the hotel met and I would say exceeded out expectations.

It was our second time here, and it was great again! The hotel, staff, rooms, service, food - all is very good and of the high quality! We had a great time! Especially I want to mention bars and barmen! Various great cocktails and staff, pleasant atmosphere and famous brand alcohol. Just to mention- hotel’s beach is in 500m from the hotel. There is a regular transfer to the beach. For us it was great to walk a little bit. But it is better to know this when booking.

It is not what we didn’t like, these are just some advises, how to make the hotel even better 1. Patisserie is great, last year there was a delicious coffee from barista, but now only Starbucks coffee for 5€ there (free coffee you still can order at the bar near). Strange decision. Haven’t seen anybody ordering this Starbucks paid staff 🤷♂️ Barista was much better and much pleasant. 2. Last year every supper had special meal, served by chief. This year everything was delicious, but without “meal of the evening”. Sad, this meal was great and very atmospheric

The room was amazing. although it was difficult to communicate with the hotel staff over call but they were very helpful during our stay . breakfast was good. Loaction was great. perfect to watch the Bloons flying in morning .

My shower head was not properly fixed at the wall , only a thin sheet for the bed. Some Lights furniture in the hallways was loose.

Paid to stay afew hours longer and kept getting people knocking at the door asking when i was leaving. Bed also broken and left with terrible backache. WiFi very slow and Netflix didn’t work
