The hotel is near a shopping mall. And also there is restaurant, fast food outlet nearby. Also there are a few massage spa nearby too. Private parking for cars and motorbike is at the basement. You need the touch and go card to tap but need not pay if u are the hotel guest. Breakfast spread is not much but enough for the travellers to fill their tummy before heading to their next destination. This is my 2nd time at Granada Hotel JB and this 2nd time my husband and i do a massage at a massage spa in the hotel. The name is Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre.. love the massage spa and Granada Hotel JB.. will make it as a monthly visit for my husband and me and to do a massage too.

easy to approach the host, check-in was easy, the house was also quite clean, there's also small shop there, the house also got air-cond, wifi also provided, it just the air-cond for master bedroom got leaked tau, everything was great thank you

I booked on 3pm and ask whether can pickup the key a bit late around 6pm, when I arrived around 6.30 pm, the key wasn't there and they are still cleaning the house, so weird that they didn't settle cleaning the house and when I want to check out, they did charge for rm19 per hour hahahahha but everything was great. thanks

The house owner get ready the house with music and on the fan to welcome us. I like the relax feeling and environment. Owner prepare some toys for the kid as well. The bed is super comfort and clean. I love this house so much. Super recommended.
