Positive section of review
The location of the Gite is marvellous with a great view over the hills and forests. The house was very spaceous with a huge kitchen/dining area, several bedrooms and a living room. The rooftop terrace was especially marvelous. Most of the time, we were outside, but on the one rainy day we had enough space for everyone in the family. You can also buy good olive oil from the owners. Getting there might be a bit difficult without a good navigation system (which we had, though), but it is worth the way. Especially, nature lovers will have a good time here. You step outside and into the forests and will find orchids everywhere in spring. We will get back one day :-)

Well, there was nothing, we didn't like. But for those who need some action or restaurants round the corner, you should know, that you need to travel some kilometers (we loved the calmness)

Everything: the view; fixtures, fittings and equipment unsurpassable; location; communication with owners. Stunning apartment that we felt lucky to stay in.

The immediate outside area is basically a building site and has been for some time. However, once inside, this does not detract from the superb accommodation. A small point: we could not find a way to open the gate on to the beach path. This meant a short walk around the building perimeter. Using the key provided did not seem sufficient to unlock the gate.

Location is very good. On the map. The appartment itself is on the ground floor and has no windows.

One of the rooms was +60 degrees (honestly! We are Finns and we know what a sauna feels like). Radiator was broken and hence on full all the time. That made the whole appartment hot and humid (it was +14 outside). We send a message to the host and asked to fix it. He never replied. Second night we ended up to turn fuses on and off and finally found the right one to cut power from that radiator. On top of the flat is a HUGE construction / renovation site going on. We thought that during the daytime we could have our online meetings in the flat, but noice was so loud that there were no chances for that. Don't dream on sleeping long in this appartment, since the banging starts at 8.00. We were supposed to check out at 11.00 and were having (or trying to have) our last online meeting. Suddenly, at 10.45 two people came in, asked how come we are not yet out and took our bed clothes and towels etc. and then they left. One bedroom has a shower and toilet INSIDE the bedroom. They are not separate rooms, but just separated from the bed with a glass wall, which is open 70cm from the top. Basically, when you take a shower or visit the toilet, all the humidity and odours will remain in your bedroom for quite a long time. You better be really good friends, if you are going to share this room with two people...
