The location is perfect, quiet and calm, but close to the center if you wanna hangout for dinner. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is incredible, always smiling and giving you advices or help to organize your activities in Chitwan National park. The park itself is gorgeous and the jungle walk is definitely one of the highlights !

I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. Room was spacious andclean. The riverside view from the room was an added bonus.The facilities at Regenta are top-notch. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. We called the chef to thank him personally. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff’s hospitality. Everyone, from the front desk to the dining team, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural surroundings, and outstanding service makes this resort a gem in Chitwan. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable escape! The food was delicious, the grounds a delight, we watched a rhino in the park while we were eating our lunch on the terrace, elephants & their riders were walking past the hotel down the road, kingfishers flying over the water hole in the centre of the grounds. The staff were so lovely and professional. Our stay was gorgeous.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
