Amazing stay at sunboo bungalows. I stayed in the dorm, it is very comfortable and well equipped. The bed are big and good quality. Everything is made out of bamboo and looks nice and natural. The sunset beach is just amazing with great vibes and different place la to eat. Staff is super nice and enthusiastic. Everything was very clean. Free drinking water available all the time. You just need to be prepared for the hike, the last part is really in the jungle with big rocks and quite a lot of mosquitoes but all in all it was easier than I thought, it took me about 30min with a big bag. Very doable and so so worth it at the end. Would definitely stay there again if I come back to Koh Rong Samloen.

Location is perfect - near the boat station, in the middle of the Saracen beach. The apartment is really very comfortable, big and clean. Everything is well thought out and adapted for a good stay. The environment is very cozy, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious.This is truly the perfect place to spend a quiet holiday

Cannot recommend this place enough. We booked a basic room for 1 night and then wanted to extend for another 5 nights because we loved it so much. We got on really well with all the lovely staff and ate the food for most meals as it’s one of the best on the island for sure. They had a spare bungalow for our extended stay, so let us stay in that as an upgrade and we are so grateful. It’s been wonderful. It’s right on the beach, lovely setting, clean rooms! Lovely place to stay and so glad we did.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They provided me with all sort of information I needed. The facilities were very cleaned, even though they are just on the beach, so you could think they would be a bit dirty because of the sand everywhere. But not. The room had a lot of space, very quiet. Besides the other bungalows around there is a temple nearby but it only adds calm and relax atmosphere when they are praying. You can be picked-up from the other peer in case you arrive there and not at the one just by the hotel. You can get paddle surf boards for free, just be aware of getting sunscreen as you don't realise of how strong is the sun, even when it is cloudy :) The hotel is in the best location to have near walkways up to the lighthouse, or going to the Sunset beach (very nice, don't miss it!), carving stones, and some bars 20 minutes walking (close enough to go for a drink at night, far enough to not hear a thing :D ) I stayed 3 nights but would have been more if i had had more time in Camboya!

Amazing location, bungalow was on the beach in the middle of trees. There is a terrasse with a direct view on the beach, and the beach is remote and quiet. Service is great, we’ve been picked up at the ferry terminal directly.

This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at during our travels around SE Asia. We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! Boren and all the staff were so welcoming and treated us really well, nothing was too much trouble for them. If you’re coming to Koh Rong Sanloem I’d definitely recommend staying here.
