- From US$260.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 920 reviewsThe hotel was separate from the fantastic bar and eatery which is next door. The food and drink was amazing and a good mix of clients drinking and eating. The staff overall were exceptional going beyond the standard duties of standard hotel staff. We stayed i the grounds of the Hotel which was very good, quite comfy and away from the main place, brilliant. I would easily stay here again and as I am from the UK its in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area with plenty to see...Guest review byStevenUnited Kingdom

Waterfall, high ceiling and spacious room. Extraordinary breakfast in the room, best bagels and muffins on the whole trip. Yoghurt out of this world. Quiet and wonderful. The free loop bus gets you right to the doorstep (well almost). Whole mainstreet is walkable (it is either a 15 min jog or 8 hour shop 😉).Guest review byRolandGermany

I lived in the Poughkeepsie area for 45 years. It is a great place to live and to visit. It offers many great things to do in the surrounding areas as well for families, couples and singles too. Lots of history, great restaurants and outdoor activities. The Hudson Valley is beautiful and offers something for everyone.Guest review byWilliams - 8.0

Your location is great for my visits to West Point Military...
Your location is great for my visits to West Point Military Academy to see my son and there was plenty of shops and restaurants near by . The bed was very comfortable. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at almost midnight Friday because you did not have a working ice machine and I was told, at that time of night, that my best option was to go to the neighboring gas station to purchase ice as they are open 24 hrs. The excuse for no ice at the hotel was that you were renovating and becoming a Hilton Spark. I was shocked that you did not have a backup plan for your ice situation as you never had ice the entire weekend. Additionally, due to your construction and a tripping of a fuse, Sunday when I was leaving, I waited over 5 minutes for the elevator and gave up. I walked down three flights of stairs with luggage to be told the elevator wasn't working due to the fuse and the front desk was just informed of it so they were fixing it. If you are traveling with elderly or individuals with disabilities, this would be a horrible situation. I could not bring my father to visit his grandson with this were to continue. I do hope that once you have converted to a Hilton things will improve with customer service. My son just started his 4 years there and I plan on visiting several times a year.Guest review byChristieUnited States - 8.0

We loved the look of the town, hoping to come back and see more. Parking in most areas was hard to find and it’s all pay to park. We found a great coffee shop called coffee labs and the bagel emporium was delicious as well. We found some of the restaurants didn’t seem family friendly and were rather pricey. Some things we wanted to see were hard to find and stuff seemed to close early.Guest review byAngeleyUnited States - 10.0

The Mall was fabulous , large choice of restaurants with great places to eat . The convenience of shopping choices and food , so many different stores to shop at. Very easy to get around Middletown. Movie theater for children and adults to watch new releases at. Play centers for children in the mall. Very delightful town.Guest review byMary FahertyUnited States - 6.0
Newburgh seems to be a struggling city.
Newburgh seems to be a struggling city. Some parts were nice and others definitely did not seem safe. We split our time between Newburgh and Beacon. In Newburgh, we visited the George Washington Headquarters historic site (very cool) and the Motorcyclepedia Museum (also very cool). There are plenty of options for dining. Getting around was easy enough (except the Washington Heights area).Guest review bySusanUnited States - 10.0
The room was very clean.
The room was very clean. The employees were helpful and courteous. All was excellent. We received list of restaurants nearby. We are at Mariner’s Cove and enjoyed our meals and great service. Getting around Kingston was easy and delightful!Guest review byEvelyn - 6.0
I liked the location, the room size, and value of the room.
I liked the location, the room size, and value of the room. I thought that it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. If you are looking for a place to basically sleep and shower and don't want to spend a lot of money, this place is good enough.Guest review byShannonUnited States - 10.0
Orangeburg has some great places to check out!
Orangeburg has some great places to check out! Restaurants worth going to are Gino's Bagel, Nonna's Pizza, Fiesta Mexico, and Thai Garden. Head down 340 to Tallman Mountain State Park for some nice trails and scenic views of the Hudson River. Most places are walking distance, while there are some sidewalks a lot of people get around by car here.Guest review byAnonymous - 4.0
Stayed for overnight location along driving route.
Stayed for overnight location along driving route. Not a pleasant area. Driving access awkward-ramps poorly-marked, U-turns to do everything. Lots of aggressive, horn-blowing drivers. But much of the NYC area is this way. Avoid staying in Nanuet if possible.Guest review byRobertUnited States
