The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. Everyone without exception. Sami from the customer service took such good care of us that we felt like royalty. He made sure everyday that everything was perfect and we are satisfied. Very nice waiters served the tables, even though it was a self-service buffet. The animation team were great and had great contact with the children. The lifeguards were also very funny and encouraging. I also recommend looking for Bassem and ask him for a spa treatment or a full body massage 👌🏻 and let's not forget about the waterpark and the slides... enormous and terrific! both for adults and kids. plus private beach and an open bar on a beach, I mean come on! it's a paradise 😎🤩 also the food was very delicious and there was a wide selection of different options for everyone 👌🏻

The service was truly outstanding—every staff member was attentive, kind, and made me feel at home. A special mention goes to Madam Doursaf, the manager/PR—she is simply the best! Her professionalism, warmth, and personal touch made my experience unforgettable.     The staff are extremely friendly, they speak English. The cleaning ladies are super nice and on my daughter's birthday they covered her bed with flowers and arranged the sheets into a mosaic as well as placing her cards around the flowers. There is a lovely rooftop pool which gives you a view of the town and has not been busy throughout our stay. We like it so much here that we have booked an additional 4 nights.

    As always a very good experience at Africa Jade, it's my place to be. Everything is good with a special dedicace to the exceptional staff from reception to restaurant to the beach. The room was good and nice sea view, the food was great each day different menu also the beach menu is great. We got a very good weather so we enjoy the calm days at beach.

    Tunis itself is worth a short visit.

    Tunis itself is worth a short visit. Hammamet is a nice place to relax. Nabeul is a pretty town about 30 mins in the taxi which is also worth visiting. Found 2 excellent restaurants there. Le Patio and Bon Kif.

    The staffs are amazing we have got a very warm welcome from the receptionist once we reach the hotel with very warm smile and tasty welcome drinks. We were family of 2 adults and 2 kids we have got nice connected rooms with beautiful sea view and huge smart TV the rooms are very clean and neat The staff are very respectful and helpful i would like to thank every staff in the restaurent , around the pool and by the beach for the excellent service and hospitality.i would like to thank the manager Mr ALI who accommodated us and made our stay unforgettable.

    This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries...

    This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries I have ever had!) with most tourist activities centered around the Africa Jade hotel and surrounding area. People are extremely friendly and helpful and the city has a very relaxed vibe. Short drive to Nabeul (25 mins) where there is a ton of shopping/restaurants/cultural activities. About an hour and a half by car to Tunis. For a getaway, it is perfect and the town and region are home to some of the best spices and produce (citrus, strawberries, tomatoes) in the country. I speak limited French and Arabic and everyone went out of their way to assist me. Not a ton "to do" unless you're at the hotel or the beach (fabulous beaches!) but for a little getaway or R&R, can't be beat.

    Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices. Many good restaurants, many shops. Close to the beach. Lovely peiople. Dont miss the medina. L'amiral a restaurant in the port, excellent service and wonderful food. Barberousse with a beautiful view and very good food.

    We wanted a short break including a visit to the Kelibia fort and coast. This accommodation was perfect, we had a good restful night and could travel on refreshed. Being so quiet, no noise, traffic etc. only the sound of waves was marvellous.

    We didn't go out into Hammamet this time, but we have in the past. The old medina is fun, and there are a few nice restaurants on the beach. Otherwise, there isn't much reason to leave the resort.
