Very lovingly designed. Fantastic service, they made every effort to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. There was even a free dinner on New Year's Eve and everyone got a present. I can recommend the hotel to anyone. It was very nice. You could always choose your breakfast and it was served right on the beach. Any requests for changes were always accommodated. I would come back anytime.

We had a great time at Yangyai garden hotel. The rooms were so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Mr Ping was one of the nicest hosts we've ever met - he goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible. He shared many recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit and shared useful information on bike rental etc. The pool was so nice and the hotel is located away from the main road, making it a peaceful stay and guaranteed good sleep 💤. Thank you Mr Ping for being such a legend!!

The staff and the vibe of Tiki are unmatched. Everyone is always happy to talk to you and make sure your enjoying your stay. I had originally booked to stay for 3 nights but I ended up staying for 2 weeks!! Tiki felt so much like home. I enjoyed the events the staff put on every night and they did such a good job at bringing guests together. I stayed in the dorm and i actually enjoyed the experience as i got to meet and connect with others from around the world. The bed was comfy and the curtains provided good privacy. Next time im on Koh Phangan i will degibitly be back

    I am not sure from where to begin. From the moment that you step foot onto the property, be prepared to be treated like royalty. A warm welcome, complimentary drinks and a lot of smiles. Andy at the front desk as well as the rest of the team from the reception, restaurant and other departments were always there to serve you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. We had initially booked the Beachfront Pool Suite, but since it was our honeymoon, they were kind enough to place us at their most beachfront villa that was literally on the beach! As far as the villas are concerned, all I have to say is wow! They decorated the room for us for the occasion, the villa was huge with a shower, bathtub, huge bed and all the amenities you need. On the veranda you have your sun lounges and your private pool. Needless to say, the view is breathtaking and we have witnessed the best sunset ever! You literally have a private beach for yourself so to speak because from our villa it was right below our deck. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was also really nice, make sure to try the tuna steak (if memory serves me right) which is delicious. There was also fire show which added to the whole experience. The resort as a whole is a pleasure to be in, with all the beautiful scenery and the butterflies roaming around. Walking through it feels like walking in paradise. We will definitely visit again because it was truly an unforgettable experience!

    The service was amazing!!! The receptionists went the extra mile and waiting for me when I arrived late for check in. She even walked back with me to open my room and make sure I'm settled in after a long shift, I'm sure she wanted to go home, but good service was priority for her. It was such a pleasure to stay at. The best service I have ever received in my 5 years living in Thialand. You made my stay unforgetable. All the staff were always super helpful, kind, friendly. I didn't get everyone's names but I want to return mostly because of the great service!

    Not the nicest part of island.

    Not the nicest part of island. Geared towards full moon party, laughing gas and fire shows. Quiet when not full moon in a nice way but the town is run down. Haad Rin beach is beautiful though. Saw quite a few families which was nice. Rented our bike from here and explored the island for a few days. Road between Haad Rin and Thong Sala and everywhere else on the East/West of the island is very steep hills to ride by bike.

    I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

    Lovely area on Koh Phangan.

    Lovely area on Koh Phangan. Many local and also westernised food places (Ann's and Shish Kebab were our favourites!), shops and of course pristine beaches. Worth hiring a scooter to explore around and enjoy the island vibes.

    Amazing place on the island.

    Amazing place on the island. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and more. Nothing is too far really, jump on the bike and go 15min to another spot, be very careful in the corners when riding your bike......lots of people get a "Koh Phangan" tattoo there meaning they crash and the scars. Sand in corners means, slow down!!! I recommend Papaya Massage for great Thai and oil massage. Enjoy a great beautiful Phangan.

    Aside from the turquoise water, there is a reef just a few yards from the shore where you can snorkel and see beautiful fish, big clams, and coral. Although much of the coral is bleached and dead, there's enough living coral there for adults and kids to enjoy. Since the water is shallow, it's safe to walk all the way out where it gets a little deeper for better snorkeling. The beach is a white sand beach, but we recommend swim shoes which are available at a little grocery store, along with snorkel masks. Many beachside restaurants to choose from.     I was in haad rin beach, it pretty much is a village. A nice one, but no sidewalks, everything is cheap, a bit dirty. Compared to Phuket it really is a small village. But the full moon party was amazing, so much fun! So it definitely was worth it!

    Location - it was like a dream.

    Location - it was like a dream. And they had a broom right outside our door so when the inevitable sand was tracked into our room, we could clean it up. We never ate in the restaurant so I can't say how it was, but the other options nearby were excellent. If you're staying longer than 3 nights and want to see more than just the hotel and its surroundings, you'll want to rent a scooter.

    I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over touristy. But it wasn't! Yes, there are plenty of shops and bars and the streets are a little lively, but the beach itself is spacious, clean, and so relaxing. We aren't partiers and we had a fantastic stay in this area.
