The room itself was very comfortable and well equiped. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all this hotel is highly recommended.

United KingdomProperty was made accessible despite there being snow on the ground. The host came to greet us and ask if we needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was warm and had lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable and the blankets & quilt made for a warm stay. There were good storage facilities and cooking facilities if you wanted to stay for a long trip. The local community and surrounding environment also helped make for a perfect location.

ThailandThis is such a good place to stay to experience the remoteness of this part of Sweden. The rooms were comfortable. Shared bathrooms are clean and the sauna is really good. The food served at the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional. I particularly loved lunchtimes.
The kitchens for cooking your own meals were clean and well provisioned with kitchen equipment. Friendly atmosphere throughout.
The tours we booked were great and they have a good range of equipment to hire from their shop for snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

CroatiaWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. We were lucky enough to witness the aurora borealis for the first time here, which made our experience even more special. The place offers a wide variety of tours and activities, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We did have one issue—due to a mistake on Booking.com’s end, our spa reservation was canceled without our knowledge. This is something that should be improved, as the issue could have been resolved before it became a problem. However, the staff handled it in the best possible way. They compensated us with free cross-country ski rentals, complimentary souvenirs, and snacks, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The agent on duty at the time was extremely polite and helpful, turning an unfortunate situation into a positive experience that actually enhanced our trip.
Because of the exceptional service and the overall experience, we will definitely return and book the same apartment again. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable place. Visited "Old town" now for first time and it was nice. Cafeterias were not open, but nice old houses and beautiful church really worth visiting. In Luleå shops are closing very early on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, it would be nice to do shopping longer. Gallivare is a mining town and in itself not particularly interesting for holiday takers but it provides good transport options to several of the national parks in the region. The lakeside location was idyllic
The lakeside location was idyllic We travelled to the accommodation on a short snowmobile ride through the forest. The northern lights were visible for two nights of our short stay. Jokkmokk is surrounded by beautiful scenery, lakes, rolling hills, forest. You sometimes pass reindeer on the roads. Beautiful village, supermarket and post office close to the Icehotel. The oldest church in Sweden is located there. The torne river/ lake is stunning. One day would be enough to walk around Haparanda's features, along the river, the WWII bunkers, and the 1900 Railway Station bult in the Romantic style. If the neighbouring Finish town, Tornio, was included in a visit and you had a car, two days may be warranted. Kiruna is a beautiful place with extraordinary winterscapes during the day and even more so on a moonlight night.. The cherry in the top was the extraordinary experience of being blessed by aurora corona and aurora borealis sighting every night we were there ..
