We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

My stay at Grey Hotel in Kopaonik was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s perfect location, right by the ski slopes, made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains – waking up to that was magical. The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing, while the food was absolutely delicious – from the generous breakfast buffet to the refined dinner menu. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. Everything was so good! I have been in many countries and hotels, but this one is definitely one of the best. I would like to visit this place again. Staff are polite, supportive, helpful and kind, . They will help you with any questions you have. Also, I would like to mention delicious food. We paid for the suit with inclusded breakfast and dinner and have never regretted it. They offer you a wide range of dishes and all of them are tasty.

Wonderful welcoming with local homemade drinks. The hotel offers also dinner which is comfy after ski and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was homemade and very tasty. The SPA is very small, but we were alone in it and it was very romantic and a very relaxing experience. The hotel is quiet and cosy.

Room very spacious and warm, quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities at the hotel like pool and sauna ...were always available and free for guests. Convenient location, supermarket and ski pass outlet right across the street. 3 km from the ski center. I highly recommend and look fwd to visit again

It was very clean and modern and the best thing it was that is just a 3 minutes walk to the gondola. P.S. For who is going for the first time there is a gondola, also ski rental and you take it to go up to the mountain and then on your skiis you go down to the ski center.
