We liked everything and we will stay again at the end of our Nepal trip! The staff is amazing, the room super clean, the bathroom amazing with satisfying hot water, the location is the best, the bed is super comfy, the decoration & vibe of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast... Everything! They even gave us box breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning 🙂

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was spotless, which is always a top priority for me when choosing a hotel. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Satishra, who was outstanding. Her warm smile and willingness to assist with every question made a huge difference. On top of that there is a free airport transfer. It saves you from being ripped off by local drivers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. With its comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and exceptional service, it’s a place I’ll definitely return to on my next visit!

Sapana has an ethos which runs through everything they do and clearly luminates the smiles of all the staff there. The location is a 10minute walk to the main tourist area, yet it is so peaceful and relaxing. Being able to interact with the elephants without endorsing elephant riding or bathing was our main attraction to the place, and this place did not disappoint, these rescued elephants are so visibly loved and cared for at Sapana! Out of all the things we have done during our 5months in Nepal, staying here was most definitely a highlight. We also highly recommend the candle light dinner with the elephants, it was a truly unique experience from the beautiful table setting to the elephant meeting. We would return to Sapana village in a heartbeat.

We spent two nights here in a beautiful setting – highly recommended to everyone! Everything was clean, peaceful, and calm. Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

I find Pokhara to be one of the best places for a vacation. The city offers a wide range of accommodations—from budget lodges and mid-range hotels to luxurious five-star resorts. Its scenic beauty, cleanliness, diverse and delicious food options, welcoming culture, and strong sense of safety make it truly special. There are plenty of vacation activities to enjoy, and the surrounding hills offer excellent opportunities for both short and long hikes. Pokhara is perhaps one of the few cities where you can take in the stunning views of serene lakes, lush green hills, and majestic snow-clad mountains—all standing right before you. We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce! Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.
