The staff was helpful and friendly, they really did everything for us to be satisfied. The cook was excellent, making great breakfast, lunch and dinner – try the fish (we had an excellent catfish). The rooms are large and comfortable, and with electricity at all times (at power cut a/c and other demanding equipment goes down, but not Internet and light). We arrived after midnight, but they arranged a very safe ride to the hotel despite all the dangers lurking on the roads (warning, do not attempt the ride yourself, arrange with the hotel). Since the hotel is situated rather close to the airport, the ride was not too long, which made it safer. We recommend Crownsville hotel to our fellow travellers.

1. One of the best locations in Port Harcourt. Central to everything and security is great.
2. The staff were really nice and professional, happy people!
3. The breakfast had so many options, it even includes some lunch food like rice, stew, beans, etc. so many options now, all very delicious. I think they upgraded their breakfast menu recently so yea that’s nice.
4. This hotel gives best value for money!

The Location of the Hotel is one of the biggest selling points. It's easy to get around town from Roston with Shoprite (housing Box Office Cinema and several eateries). The facilities are new and top notch with the Staff very courteous and professional. The food (native seafood soup) was amazing value for money and the rooftop bar afforda guests an opportunity to rest after a hard day's work. I will definitely be back. The Car Park can also comfortably accommodate 10 cars with a provision in front of the Close housing the Hotel for up to 6/7 cars. The Internet was also high speed

It was a good experience. The property is quite nice, clean and the staff were very helpful. Very comfortable the sheets I must say and the environment is also very comfy.

I liked the fact that the property was in a secluded area. Rooms were appropriately spacious and very clean. A few technical issues with the WiFi but was soon resolved in the morning. Technical issues were blamed on the bad weather.

The room was smaller than I expected but ideal for a single...
The room was smaller than I expected but ideal for a single person, the service was excellent and the staff was really brilliant, courteous and helpfull.
The only downside was the toilet area I found difficulty with entering and exiting the Bath I would have preferred a shower room as a bath is not ideal for old people but on the upside there was 2 towels supplied as apposed to normally just one.

Portharcourt has improved since my last visit about 6yrs ago...
Portharcourt has improved since my last visit about 6yrs ago. Roads Network is very much improved and new recreational facilities evidently developed over the years.
Though a short visit would recommend a guided trip with known and trusted indigenes.
