- From US$437.70 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 208 reviewsWe had one of the best safari rides we remember. We saw lions hunting giraffes, white rhynos from very close, elefants. The nature reserve around the lodge is vast, with plenty of animals, and unlike Etosha cars are allowed to go offroads. We went to the lion feed too but we weren't lucky and lions didn't show up. We didn't have to pay for the activity, since lions didn't come. It was disappointing, but it's a proof that the lion feed is not a zoo, I'd definitely suggest to try it, the place from which you watch lions eat is impressive, it looks like a Jurassic Park movie. Regarding the property itself, it was luxury and comfortable, with a beautiful garden with a private waterhole full of hippos. You can sit there watching animals all day. Food was amazing too, especially the location where you have dinnerGuest review byAdrianoItaly
- From US$229.08 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 455 reviewsLiterally everything. Amazing lush garden, animals right beside the lounge, very good breakfast and excellent three course dinner, moreover they take care of allergies and preferences. Super nice people both in the restaurant and reception. Comfy, big, clean bungalow, pool towels, nice bedsheets. Nicer than on the pictures and has a good vibe. Felt us very special, almost alone by the pool and in the restaurant (off-season). The best table every time with the best view. We got a late check out, which made our last day in Namibia even more perfect. Book the Cheetah Conservation Found with them and get a discount.Guest review byZoltanNorway
- From US$238.89 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 149 reviewsWe spent only 1 night there on our way back from Etosha. If I had to do it again, I would spend 1 or 2 more nights to enjoy the private reserve a little more. In addition to the wildlife, the views are really nice, red sand, mountains, Waterberg in the distance... Nice breakfast and restaurant in the evening. Staff was really firendly and helpful, as almost everywhere in Namibia, thank you ! The morning game is a must do !Guest review byPascalFrance

We didn’t leave the place for 3 days. It was just perfect. Spacious without being too big or impersonal, lovely staff, well maintained pool area, good food and a really big room with a garden outside. It was all we needed and more! Really really great experience!Guest review byMonaIreland

- From US$92.33 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 146 reviewsWe had a lovely stay at Hadassa Guest House. Pascal, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful and our 2-year-old son loved it there! They have a nice swimming pool, beautiful gardens and great breakfast! Highly recommend to stay there if you're on your way to/from Etosha to Windhuk!Guest review byJenniferGermany
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 323 reviewsPretty, peaceful place with amazing views. The room had all the comforts we might need. The highlight of our stay was the game drive, not only because of animals we saw, but also due to our guide (the owner in this role). Fantastic stay.Guest review byJoannaPoland

Otjiwarongo Railway Station with a locomotive worked between...
Otjiwarongo Railway Station with a locomotive worked between 1912-1960 is a real attraction. We visited the Cultural Center where 14+ children have the opportunity of dancing, playing on instruments, painting, drawing and so on after the school. Also we visited the Multi-Purpose Help Centre, where Monica Tjehiua presented the goals of the MPHC, which -for instance- feed the poor children, and organize lots of programs for the disabled persons, supporting old people. From Otjiwarongo it's quite easy to reach the Cheetah Foundation (40-45 km) and the Waterberg Plateau Game Reserve (80 km) as well.Guest review byEndreHungary - 10.0
This is a perfect halfway house from Etosha to Windhoek.
This is a perfect halfway house from Etosha to Windhoek. We left Etosha to travel south, visiting the Cheetah Conservation Foundation at Otjiwarongo and then enjoying a relaxed dinner and evening at Out of Town Africa Lodge. Our stay was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was relaxed, we were not the early birds, but we were not rushed away by the staff. I highly recommend this little gem of a town and place to stay.Guest review byRachaelSouth Africa
