Amazing stay! The park is very peaceful and green, never slept better than here. We had the whole building for our own with a fireplace in the night and a fully equiped kitchen. The place was very clean and comfortable, they thought of every detail. The owner Mohammed is so kind, he did everything to make our stay fantastic. When I left my sweater he even brought it to our next Riad in Essaouira.

Unbelievable luxurious villa set amongst the beautiful Moroccan 🇲🇦 countryside, hosts Amma & Mohamed were excellent and the food was the best we had eaten after a week of exploring the restaurants of Essaouira. We only stayed the one night as close to airport for an early flight home but wish we had longer, villa would be an ideal base for exploring the area, would 100% recommend Villa Amma.

    I left my heart in Essaouira because of this facility and its people mainly. Essaouira is a small town but how come this stay for this budget can turn into an amazing experience. - At the first check-in Felix welcomed me and gave an information not only about riad but also about the city and things to do, places to eat on a map. This might be normal for most travelers but in my trips to Morocco, this happened for the first time to me at check in. - I reached to my room, it was more beautiful than in pictures! Of course it is small for 1 person single bed but i couldnt resist to take thousands of pictures of it. - Thankfully Felix was available and at Riad, he arranged me tours and restaurants. His neighbors and riad's restaurant all of them were flawless. - You can never find family style accommodation and that much professionally taken care. I hope the owners see the teams 5 star effort. - Then i met the rest of the team, Esma, was super nice and very knowladgable person. She helped me with recommending real good coverlet too. And most importantly none of the team seemed like they are trying to sell something. They were just giving the name and location of the place and letting me go. - In one of our conversations with Felix, he realized how much i would love to see local life. And he kindly asked me if i would like to come with him to join him at the volunteer event he is running to. That was the best decision i made to join him. I cannot thank enough for being such a great friend during my stay besides being such a great manager of the facilities. - when it comes to the hotel, you must experience it. The highest quality argan soap in the bathrooms, highest quality of bed and towels, cleanliness, a perfect taste of design, and a huge terrace where you can watch sunset is everything. You dont even need to look for another place to experience sunset. - Breakfast was creme de la creme...

    Everything! From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Salima. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and all have a magnificent sea view either from the balcony or the rooftop. Food at the restaurant was great - the menu is changing every day with fresh produce and good variety (kudos to the kitchen team led by chef Nizar and the service team led by Redouane). Big thanks also to Soukaina for the hike recommendations - breathtaking views from the viewpoint and lovely trail. Great hospitality in an amazing secluded location. Will definitely come back!

    Staff are super nice and very hospital Anything you ask is done right away. Room service was super quick Housekeeping clean room every day with new towels. Reception staff well trained concierge was outside the hotel to welcome the guests we arrived with a rental car. He took our luggage inside and then he took our car to their parking space. This was nice service reduced alot of looking for hotel parking place. The hotel manager is well trained on customer service and very good listening.     I booked this property because of the colour and uniqueness of the hotel and it didn't disappoint absolutely beautiful rooms and spaces and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean and Medina Wall's made my heart sing each morning. The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to find if you happen to get lost whilst walking around the old Medina, often my goal.

    A stunning Riad! We were trying to work out how to stay forever in our magnificent palace. All the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The breakfast was great and the location unbeatable. Our room was enormous and comfortable and spectacular. Luckily Essaouira was amazing enough to entice us out of our room to explore :)

    A hidden little gem!!

    A hidden little gem!! The local people and the magical vibe of this place will stay in our hearts for along time! I accidentally booked our family to stay here instead of Essoauria and did not regret it for one minute. We loved it here and with our car we were able to drive to Essoauria easily.

    There's some local shops about 7 mins from the hotel, but you would need a taxi/ car to visit. Quite basic shops/coffee places for a more authentic village experience, but the main attraction is Essaouira which is a further 10 mins by car.

    A big (and much cooler) contrast to Marrakech, Essaouira is a very traditional Berber town, but much smaller, but with lots of good eating options, (no alcohol in most!) The souk is lovely with lots of choice for everything, and the beach area very nice, but being on the Atlantic, prone to wind. We spent our 2nd evening on the sea front watching the sun go down and enjoying fresh sardines - a nice 2 day stop over.

    Mix of old town, port and beach.

    Mix of old town, port and beach. In danger of becoming a little overrun with tourists during day. All felt very safe. Loads of usual souk shops - especially notable are the wood ones (Thuya). Large gently sloping beach, good for watersports. Don't miss the port - very active during day - buy some fish and get it cooked nearby very cheaply, but can get very busy (and chaotic!). Wide range of restaurants, recommend the Ocean Vagabond at far end of beach. Taros bar is liveliest place, but drinks pricey. Note of caution : We did get get some food poisoning, difficult to be precise, but seemed to stem from one meal at a 'good' restaurant ( I won't name and shame as cannot be totally sure !?) , probably from a salad or fruit dessert ?
