Very good choice. Very good location - 300 meters from the bus station and 800 meters from the entrance to Medina. The personnel was very kind; helpful but not overwhelming. Not only do they explain where you can take the best pictures, tell you what’s worth seeing but also they share all the information on Google Map. This was really useful. It’s like if you were given a guidebook. Very peaceful, comfortable, clean. Great breakfast. The hotel is without a doubt worth recommending

They were very friendly and polite with my kids and showed great care and respect for my mother, too. The hospitality is on another level, and so was the level of cleanlines. I had the best experience with my wife in my honeymoon in this beautiful Hotel, the facility is amazing, staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite which made my stay even more enjoyable. Loved the balcony view the Roòm service and the location of the Hotel. Without a doubt the best option in chefchaouen city. Big thanks and appreciation to the manager Ashraf, receptionist fatima zahra and the legend Nour ddin for their warm hospitality and service.

Overall, a great stay! The staff was friendly, and recommended us activities and restaurants. The room was clean and provided all that was needed. Breakfast was perfect. Also, the hotel is located on a road accessible by car. It is very convenient if you're hauling big luggage, as you can get dropped off with the taxi right in front of the door. Medina is in walking distance. For families with small kids, near the hotel is a kids' play park which opens every night at 6pm. Our 3 year old enjoyed this very much.

    Dar Zambra is a wonderfully decorated and spacious hotel located in the city of Chefchaouen. The blue colors of the room matched the theme of the city and provided a refreshing atmosphere. The room was magnificent, and the hotel features a unique layout with a bedroom and a room with two sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ambiance. The breakfast on the terrace was delightful and very traditionally based. The view of Chefchaouen from the terrace was breathtaking, providing a beautiful start to the day. The service was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The toilet comes with shampoo and showering gel, meaning you do not need to worry about bringing your wash products. The hotel has excellent hygiene standards, and the room provided was clean and tidy. One exceptional feature of the hotel was its staff's thoughtful nature. They went above and beyond their duties to drive us down to the CTM bus station, ensuring our comfort and convenience. In conclusion, Dar Zambra is a fantastic hotel with excellent amenities and friendly staff. The view of Chefchaouen from the terrace is impressive, and the breakfast provided is traditional and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.

    The ryad is situated in a great location in the medina, perched high on a hill that offers an excellent view of the city from the rooftop terrace. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and provided tea on our arrival. They also provided tea and cookies upon returning from sightseeing for the day. They were there for our every need. We enjoyed the private use of the pool. The room was very clean and secluded, with a wonderful patio that overlooked the city of Chefchaouen. The bathroom was large with a huge walk-in shower.

    This place is exceptional!!! I cannot recommend it enough. Every inch is thoughtfully and beautifully decoration. It is really the most charming place. Is it also the best view in the city. You are very high up and looking out at the blue town and you have the prime view from the balcony for the sunset. The staff is fantastic and so helpful. The dinner and breakfast delicious.

    Picturesque but very touristy and an excess of street vendors selling many crafts which likely come from China (are not made locally). Extremely hot when we went in July. Very important to get a decent guest house with air conditioning. 2 days is more than enough.

    Impossible to drive to in ordinary vehicle. We turned around after 3 harrowing km. When asked a shuttle with 4x4 was offered at 70€ return... Refund refused, site does not mention access issues. Never got to the place

    Yes, it's touristy, but it's so particular with all its blue buildings, in the midst of beautiful nature, that it's a must. Be prepared to climb a few hills! Favourite restaurant: The Twins in the square. Had a few good meals just people watching, and really cheap!

    Gorgeous city tucked into a hillside. We enjoyed the drive from Tangier. Fabulous city for photos (all the gorgeous shades of blue!). We took a cooking class at Cafe Clock - fun, intimate and we made tons of breads an pastries. For us 1.5 days was plenty of time to explore and enjoy. It's a little bit touristy in areas but worth the visit! one of my friends thoroughly enjoyed a massage and bath at a Hamman too.
