The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast lady is an absolute sunshine. The outdoor swimming pool is open 24/7 and the water is perfect for a night swim- they also serve drinks by the pool all night long. We defined recommend staying in this hotel!

We really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Touring. It is right in the centre and so convenient to restaurants, shops and other interest points. The room is so modern and a lot of space for storage. My husband and I were traveling from NZ to Italy for 4 weeks. We had quite a lot of stuff including hiking gear etc.. I love the breakfast, a lot of varieties, tasty and good quality. Besides, I want to give a huge thank-you to Isabella, who was super friendly and helpful. Isabella gave us a lot of tips where to visit, what's worth and what's not. She helped our laundry as well even the hotel does not usually provide this service. Finally, I want to say thanks to Tiziana. Tiziana is the first Italian I ever met who can speak Chinese so fluently. Tiziana helped keeping our suitcases for 2 weeks while we were doing the Alta Via 2 in the Dolomites for free. When we back to pick up the luggage, both Isabella and Tiziana were in the front desk and welcomed us in the way just like the old friends were back. I have to say it was such a warm feeling while we traveling overseas. 谢谢你，我的朋友Tiziana!如果还有机会再去Verona,一定再去Hotel Touring.

The Veneto offers relaxation and recreation in world-famous cities and wonderful landscapes. Words don’t do justice to its ever-serene capital Venice, a captivating maze of canals and monuments. Cheap hotels in Venice are scarce, but Mestre across the lagoon offers more budget options.

Cheap flights to Venice land in Treviso, a little version of that fabled city. Also centred on canals is beautiful Chioggia, home to several Veneto hotels on the beach. Yet more are in Caorle, near its distinctive 11th-century bell tower and waterfront church. Another family-friendly Veneto resort with a long beach is Lido di Jesolo.

In studenty Padua, Giotto’s 14th-century frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel are bursting with colour. The majestic Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza was designed by Palladio, the prolific architect whose villas and churches cover the Veneto. Romantic Verona inspired Romeo and Juliet and has an incredibly well-preserved Roman arena hosting summer opera.

    My first stay, 4th time visiting park and wellness center. I love this place, especially in winter. I always leave 100% relaxed for just 1-2 days visit. The park is set on a beautiful botanical garden, natural spring and improving all the time. The villa is classical historical set of buildings and a walled garden estate. The town is a quiet and friendly place with a variety of restaurants.

    Everything was excellent. The hotel is even more stunning in person than in the photos. An incredible experience for the children. The breakfast was excellent.There is organized transport from the hotel to Gardaland, so you don’t need to use your own car and waste time, especially considering the heavy traffic and crowded parking areas around Gardaland.

    Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained.     For first time visitors Venice is an incredible city so different to anywhere else, especially that very first scenic approach from exiting the station. Very easy to use transport system. Don’t really need more than a 3 day bus pass as everywhere is within walking distance. Look for the direction signs at eye level or above on corners of alleyways. Unfortunately, a multiday waterbus pass is for consecutive time therefore can’t be planned for individual day usage. You can use the waterbus ticket to visit Murano from the San Marco stop. Be aware that although pretty and different , Murano has nothing but shops and factories of glass. A good time to avoid queues at popular attractions is an hour or so before they close when all the large tour groups have gone back to the cruise ships. Cheap but tasty lunches in many restaurants are the cicchetti (small rounds of toast with a selection of savoury toppings) plus a glass of Italian wine of course. Any museum or church is worth a visit particularly the Ca Rezzonica at only 10 euros and you have a lovely small walled garden to sit and ponder the whole experience. A final recommendation is to the real taste of Venice. An evening at the opera at the Scuola Grande Di San Teodoro. Not too long or heavy going but a very entertaining selection of beautiful arias that most people would have heard before and so professionally performed.

    It's so easy to get around - be sure to visit the Ampitheatre/Arena and the fenicular, take a ride on the little tour bus and take a trip to Lake Garda - you can get to Sirmione easily by bus or train. Emanuel Cafe near the Arena was great - particularly the friendly staff. A lovely city with lots going on!

    It's a great location if you have a car.

    It's a great location if you have a car. Staying on the T1 tram line was an easy and quick way of travelling into Venice with the service running frequently. Access to a local cafe, butcher and deli. Felt like we were part of the community.

    just behind the hotel is a strip where all the bars,shops , restaurants are located. they all appeared to be of a very high standard. great beer options. food is made to a very good standard. We went into John Martins , Mary's , Route 66 and theB. live music venue. drink and food prices reasonable. the beach is sunbeds cheek by jowl, but the hotel alocates sunbeds. very safe beach and warm meditteranian sea. use insect bite cream though due to the lagoon location.

    Even though its a small town it is really nice, 2 days in enough (one day we spent in Padova and one day we went to Venice). We enjoyed the river walk and a lot of nice restaurants like the Pastasuta restaurant that right at the Padova market.

    Peschiera was beautiful, the train was 3.50 euros return from Bella Italia hotel into Peschiera and a time table is provided. The boat trips and ferry trips are very easy to access to visit other towns. We used the bus twice which always ran about half an hour late but still turned up. The staff on reception were also very helpful and organised a taxi for us. Also the staff in the La Chandra were lovely and the food was delicious.

    Bibione is a very tourist friendly location, with lovely beaches and restaurants, offering families an ideal breakaway. There are plenty of activities for the kids in the easy accessible town centre, offering an alternative when needed.

    Carole's beach was perfect for us.

    Carole's beach was perfect for us. It was sandy, gently sloping, and jellyfish-free. In the evenings, the central streets of the town turn into pedestrian zones with various attractions. During our vacation, we managed to visit a Miró and Dalí exhibition at the Centro Culturale Bafile as well! The beach promenade behind the hotels offers excellent opportunities for nighttime strolls and is also great for morning runs. At the end of the promenade, near the Chiesa della Madonna dell'Angelo, the night and daytime views are stunning.

    it's a mess w/ building works clogging the small town that is trying to prep for the winter olympics. If you are driving through, make sure you're through very early before the gridlock starts. Or bike through. San Vito di Cadore is a much better option for a fraction of the price.
