First of all we really liked the location of the hotel as well as the fact that we could reach the historic city centre by elevator. Also the staff was very helpful throughout our stay, the rich and varied breakfast, the view from the breakfast terrace to a splendid panorama. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area who really wants to experience memorable moments .

Absolutely everything was great! This hotel was the nicest and cleanest one we have been on our 1week round trip in Sicily. Lovely rooms (marble floors and highest quality furniture everywhere!), perfect location, warm welcome and outstanding breakfast and service (at the reception, the valet parking, room service and waiters at breakfast - best stuff ever!)

A quite stylish hotel set up in the hills with views down across Sampieri to the sea. Quiet and tranquil, with only about 10 rooms and it was full showing its popularity. Very nice hosts from the owner to the chefs, always smiling and ever helpful. They do a huge spread for breakfast of so many different freshly cooked things; they also offer a (largely vegetarian themed) degustation dinner, at a very reasonable price. Nice gardens and restful pool area.

    This is my second time at this resort. It is so peaceful, surrounded by trees. Beach is amazingly beautiful. Pools- you are spoilt for choice. The animation team is great!!!We had a soft spot for Tommaso, he was so humble and kind and funny ...but truly all of them were great 😁 The staff at the pool bar were always gentle and professional too. Perfect place if you want to relax, especially with kids. Kids clubs are amazing, however kids need to know Italian, as most of the team are Italian speaking only.

    The spirit of this place is simply unique and different from most of the others. The resort location and atmosphere are in harmony with nature and the surrounding beauty of Sicily.     the Owner was super friendly and helpful! The communication was easy via whatsapp. The house is great! especcially the outdoor space and the pool. Also it is super close to the ocean :) We were really happy with this place - you have everything you need for cooking and even a pizza stove. the price is also really fair - 100% recommendation :)

    The host was waiting for us at the time of our arrival to show us around the apartment and he was very welcoming. The apartment is very good value for money and in a good, tranquil location. We especially liked the terrace outside, and the big living room/kitchen, which is well stocked. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

    Lovely town centre, just one road from bus station to accommodation and cathedral. Places and market stalls open virtually all day on the Sunday were there, unlike other towns which were dead from 1 to after 5 pm! Lots of cafes.

    Ragusa is a beautiful town full of churches and baroque achitecture. At night time it comes to life with a lovely family friendly dining atmosphere. It is very hard to walk around- the hills make it a hard walk, and the days can be hot. Apart from eating and drinking and building watching there is not a lot in Ragusa, so a day or two is plenty. If you dont like churches and architecture, I would skip.

    Avola is lovely, not as touristy as other towns. We stayed at a villa a few miles from the city center. If you do not have a car, be prepared to pay at least €20 each way to get to the bus or train station and back. It was worth it for us to avoid driving in the chaotic traffic. We did a boat excursion from Avola (Sicily Boat Tours) and it was wonderful. Would have loved to stay longer and explore more.

    We went just out of season, so it wasn't too busy, but the size of the car park told us that this place gets extremely busy in high season. It is quite a small seaside town so I would imagine it is very crowded very quickly! There are lots of places to eat, but I would advise using trip advisor to select somewhere not too over priced.

    Modica is a very old town on South-east Sicily, quite important for her history and baroque architecture. Getting around is easy, if you like to walk a lot! There are a lot of stairs and climbings to get to Modica Alta, but it's worth. Food is very good and there are still restaurants with good prices. From Modica you can reach the beach in half an hour by car, and you can also visit several good natural spots (like Riserva Naturale di Pantalica, Cavagrande, Vendicari) just driving one/two hours. Good craftwork as well, especially ceramics.

    Small city but it has many good places. Tiki beach is Perfect to stay and eat as well. In the city center you can find shops, but not so turistic ones. They have siesta from 1-5PM so everything is closed.

    Beautiful beach and cliffs around the town. Unfortunately not many restaurants and option to eat. The litters are on the beach and no one cares there. But the beach, water and the surrounding nature is just stunning. The place is easy to be reached by local train.

    Not much culturally going on in Lido di Noto but check out main town of Noto just up the road. Quite a few decent restaurants as well as pizza joints. Several reasonable supermarkets off the ring road on the north side of Avola.
