Review: This was our first time in India as Europeans, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at The Imperial Hotel! From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations.     great location and value for money hotel. it has been tastefully done up with Italian marble flooring and some lovely roman statues. the lobby decor is nice. last couple of years the service had deteriorated but this time I was pleasantly surprised. the room service and house keeping staff were very courteous and polite. check and check out was a breeze. overall a very good experience.

    The Room was spacious and really had a modern look. We felt that much had improved since we stayed here 2 yes ago. The staff were super helpful and very pleasant to interact with. I wasn’t well for a day and the duty manager and the Reception staff came over to inquire, provided me in room bfast and brought me meds as my doctor prescribed. We will certainly stay here again.

    Unfortunately, I had some stomach problems but on talking about it with the Guest Relations Manager, she lost no time in connecting me with a local doctor who also was very helpful. When one is not feeling well one looks for home but all the staff, including those at the restaurant, made me feel at home. Thank God I was able to take the long journey back home.

    It was an amazing experience from entrance till exit. The room was lovely, super clean and had everything you would need. The complimentary buffet dinner was delicious!     We loved New Delhi, despite the notorious pollution.

    We loved New Delhi, despite the notorious pollution. The historic buildings (mosque, Red Fort, temples, tombs) were fascinating and we didn't have time to visit the museums, which would have been a great addition to our stay. The markets were an experience, but best avoided on a Sunday afternoon as everyone is preparing for a festival: I have never experienced pressing crowds like it! But it certainly gave an authentic feel to our visit and we enjoyed the sights and the bargains.

    Delhi is a lively mix of old and new—historic forts, colourful markets, tasty street food (explore & try with caution), and buzzing city life. A bit chaotic at times, but full of energy and culture that makes it unforgettable! Getting around Delhi was a breeze with a reliable (charted) taxi, which is highly recommended for families with children.
