This is a happening place, with a large variety of restaurants, sightseeing and activities. Best to stay at a nice seafront hotel. Do not skimp on good accommodations. We were there for business, so our choice of hotel was not optimal. Next time, I'll stay at a tourist luxury hotel, even if I am not there as a tourist. Shopping mall, late night vibe, historical architecture, boardwalk, watersports, and lots and lots of people!Guest review byStephenIsrael - 10.0

I am not reviewing Midgal (the name of the city), but the Magdala Hotel which is located in Migdal. It is the Magdala experience (the ancient town, archeological site, and spiritual center) that you will be experiencing in Migdal. Following this, one can explore nearby Holy Land sites on the Sea of Galilee.Guest review byBarbaraUnited States - 10.0

Safed is perfect. It has everything. A great mixture of ancient and modern. Breathtaking views. Great countryside. Facilities of a town. Restaurants. Takeaways. Shopping. Artist’s quarter. Wineries. Cheese making. Cafes. History. Architecture. Shall I go on?Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Cute little beach town in the north of Israel.
Cute little beach town in the north of Israel. Plenty of great restaurants/bars. It is also close to a lot of other great destinations in the north, such as Achziv beach, Rosh HaNikra, Akko, and further into the interior such as Tzfat.Guest review byJonathanIsrael - 10.0

A fascinating blend of cultures.
A fascinating blend of cultures. This ancient city has incredible architecture going back centuries, beaches, amazing markets along with a huge number of things to see and do. It is expensive - we could not afford the top end restaurants and most of the exhibits charge entry. Drive out of the city for even more.... This was my favourite stop in Israel and I would have liked to stay a week.Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Rosh Pina by itself isn't a big town, but it's special location, due to it being rather different than other urban areas in Israel. The view is great, and you can feel Israel's history in the decorations when walking up towards the hilltop. Additionally, the town is filled with art related locales, which is really good for people are into crafting.Guest review byDanielIsrael - 10.0

The best part of the hotel is the staff. they were all amazing, friendly, patient and courteous. ALL OF THEM. It is really well located - a quiet and pastoral spot, yet close to nearby towns and attractions. The only heads up I would give is that it is a kid friendly place. if you are traveling with your partner and want something totally quiet - I wouldn't recommend going during school holidays. But this has nothing to do with the hotel - they have no control over kids being kids :-)Guest review byYoniIsrael - 10.0

The jeep tour with Dudi, whose name we were given by the host at our b&b, through the surrounding farmlands and villages was fascinating. So different from driving by the farms on the highway. Delicious lunch at the 77 cafe in Amirim. And we loved our chalet at Levin's, לוין נוף מרהיGuest review bydrhIsrael - 6.0

The accommodation is basic, kibbutz country lodging-style. The staff are very helpful. The location is superb: Magnificent view of the whole Lake Kinneret from the dining-room large bay windows; wonderful walking the lakeside paths (part of the Israel Trail) at sundown, quiet little beaches with plentiful birdlife - waterbirds, and ever-changing hues across the water.Guest review byDeborahIsrael
