I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The manager, Cesar, was beyond helpful, going out of his way on multiple occasions to help us or make our lives easier there. A really nice guy who spoke many languages and helped translate. He always made you feel like you were his priority. Saying that, all the staff were lovely and always helpful. The breakfast is amazing - a spread of cooked options, pastries, cereals, juices, freshly made to order crepes, cakes, breads and spreads, fruit… and the list really does go on. The hotel was spotlessly clean in every room. The pool and outside area is beautiful and you can get drinks and food ordered to your sun lounger. We enjoyed our time spent at this hotel a lot. Thank you Cesar and Ceiba Hotel.
