Upon arriving we were very warmly greeted by Eleni who immediately made the place feel like home. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, the balcony with yacuzzi, the view from the balcony,….All of it gave a feeling of luxury. We felt we got more then what we paid for. Great experience!

The most welcoming place I've ever been to. The owner Mrs Fofi really is a careful and wonderful person. We booked the room at the top, nice modern room with unique aesthetic design, and a big L-shaped terrace with a beautiful view to the sea, the town, the port, the hills, and the planes. You can see everything from here. The room was really clean, and also cleaned during the day. The breakfast is varied, fresh and tasty, we could not ask for more. 😊 Thank you for everything, it was a really good experience.

I have Visited/Stayed Three Times at The Atrium (pre Covid Restrictions) Have loved it ever since my first visit ... Big Shout Out to The Staff at The Atrium....Dionysus and The Team Obviously since my last visit there are lots of new faces "to me". The Office Staff/Restaurant/Taverna/Catering/ Bar/Porter and Ground Staff all. They are very all welcoming, obliging, helpful. (trained and well chosen staff) .............................. Selection of Room Choices: Our Superior Twin Stunning Sea View Room The beds were super comfortable meaning we slept well indeed. Furnishing, fitments were all very "on trend" minimalistic but accommodating every need. The en-suite was "very slick"...once again "on trend" allowing you to freshen up/shower/great mirrors for shaving/applying make-up. Our rooms were cleaned daily.....fresh towels and linen where needed and when asked for. Great service given by the cleaning lady...Thanks ................. Breakfast was available over a long period for those who are not early "eaters"/"risers". Breakfast Buffet included a large, good quality selection of choice food/breakfast items. From breakfast cereals.... croissants and a range of bakery bread rolls/sliced etc... Toasting machine Salad items with hams and chesses. Cooked Breakfast items : A selection of hot traditional Greek pies which l can personally say were delicious. Yogurt that you could add your own "fresh fruits"/nuts/dried fruits...too. The "usual choice of breakfast drinks" were available...with different variations available. A Range of Teas/Coffee's....

    “I am beyond words with how satisfied I am with the hospitality of this place. During the floods the hotel staff were beyond their jobs to make sure everyone was okay and happy, and allowed all guests to stay as long as needed with no additional costs.     Very cute small hotel, with country style, the breakfast great, good quality, but every day the same. The pool is clean and nice, every place is maintainted. cute cats and in the morning i heard cook crowing and lambs. The public transport is near to the hotel, 10 min. by walk, supermarket is the same. We loved this place :)

    very pretty town great harbour plenty of boats restaurants everywhere never had a bad meal plenty of bars around harbour and a few tucked away in the side streets which are the best beware the day trips to skopelos can get very packed skiathos has many great beaches which can be reached by bus all within 40 minutes but these also can get packed out music wise the boats and harbour bars play far too much abba/mama mia music but i suppose thats what made the island famous

    This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

    This is a lovely, fairly quiet area which is exactly what we wanted. There are plenty of bars if you need them and very good bus services if you want to go further afield. The beaches are wonderful and everyone was super helpful and friendly.

    Troulos is about 20 minutes on the bus from the town. It has some nice restaurants nearby and a pleasant beach. We would recommend Infinity Blue restaurant which beautiful views and good food. It’s at bus stop 16. It’s a reliable and frequent bus service that allows you to get around the area cheaply.

    Koukounaries is really just a single (quite busy) road that runs behind a lake from one end of the Koukounaries beach to the other. The beach itself is fine golden sand with lots of facilities (loungers, boat and pedallo hire, bars and cafes), there is also public toilets in the centre of the beach ( a rarity in Greece) and is about 1km long. It gets very busy during the day. Access is easy as there is a regular bus from Skiathos town that stops along the road. There is also a Water Bus boat service from Skiathos town harbour ( cost E7 each way PO). There is also a car park at the Western end of the road but it does get filled up early. The main road is home to numerous bars, restaurants, hotels and apartment blocks and two small supermarkets. There is a small scruffy section in the centre of the road where there is a derelict hotel and apartment block that needs tidying up. For those who like there beaches more stripped back there is also 4 or 5 beaches on the northern section of the peninsula within a 20 or 30 minute walk from the road. You can walk along the shore of the lake but you cannot easily walk all around because of thick vegetation at the eastern end.

    A lovely location, with a few beaches, tavernas and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The best beach close by is Kolios beach, but the charges for loungers are higher than other beaches, and the taverna is nothing special. Agia Paraskevi beach is sinilar. The best beach we found was Troulos, better loungers, better taverna.

    Achladies is a great place to stay.

    Achladies is a great place to stay. The beach is sandy and the sea warm and clear. Plenty of sunbeds. The Mojo bar is great for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Friendly and attentive staff. Water taxi is a great way to travel to and from Skiáthos town. Quick and reliable. Also enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Great food and friendly staff. The couple of supermarkets have all the basics needed. Also a regular bus route around the island.

    First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it. We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages. Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

    This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight on a number of occasions. It gives terrific value: superb location, great food, comfortable rooms at a very good price. But what makes it truly outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who run it. They always make us feel very welcome.

    Skiathos town has something for everyone who like the Greek...

    Skiathos town has something for everyone who like the Greek way of life,it has plenty of lively bars and lots of restaurants with food tastes to satisfy anybody, only downside is Mama Mia has catapulted the island in to the stratosphere on tourist numbers and with that the prices have gone through the roof so prepare to pay for it
