Location is really nice, with breathtaking panoramic view over the sea and also very close to the path towards Trypiti cape and beach if you are interested in it (I highly recommend it). The staff is really nice, always positive and smiling, they came to pick us up from the port and also to take us on our way back there. The food is delicious, you can choose amongst the fresh fish that the family has caught, we tried several options and everything was really really good, simple recipes but full of taste. If you never been to Gavdos, it is definitely something else, “off the beaten path” - you feel remote, but more connected with nature, and if you’re lucky you might see a sky full of starts at night or one of the most beautiful sunrises in the morning. Thanks for having us, and we might come back in the future :D

I don't write reviews except in exceptional cases. I found Metochi Gavdos an exceptional good place. Maria was a joyful and helpful host, the rooms felt spacious and the outside area had a great vibe. One of the best price-quality places I have been to.

Great location, beautiful sea view from the terrace. Well equipped apartment. Very friendly staff, great services, real Greek hospitality! All beaches and/or other places to visit are easily accessible either by local public transport or by car.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but it was the perfect balm for our souls, especially when our little one came down with gastroenteritis, and I, in turn, caught the bug. Visiting Gavdos is a unique experience, however the tourist infrastructure cannot be compared to Crete. Consolas Gavdos Studios may not be impressive, but if you are looking for a quiet holiday destination it is the perfect choice. In return, you will get a stay right next to a beautiful beach, very nice host, clean rooms and a break from civilization.

Location is excellent, in the middle of Gavdos from where you can easily visit the whole island. Hosts where very friendly, meeting all expectations and available for anything needed. The rooms and the garden are perfect with very nice sea view. Highly recommended, probably the best rooms in Gavdos.

Great location!! Literally a few steps from our doorstep to the sea! A tavern with deliciously prepared fresh fish and veggies from a garden in front of our room!! Great fava and vlita, fried squid, all cooked near perfection. Not for the fancy gourmet lovers, perfect for those that know the true taste of traditional food. Gavdos and Akrogiali definitely surpassed our expectations!
