The location is perfect - everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, small shops, beach, bus station (number 60 goes from the airport), museums (aquarium and technology museum). Rooms are beautiful and clean, there is a smart system which I loved. Breakfast is served on a beautiful roof top where we spent a lot of time - eating and having that morning coffee. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is great. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want the full roof top experience I highly recommend to use the jaccuzzi. You can use it every day for 1 hour with a time reservation on the reception desk!

Very friendly staff. Beautifull garden and environment. A bit from the center but very quiet and the hotel restaurant and bar is very nice. Easy to walk down to the pitoresque town (we went back with taxi - 7 EUR - to avoid the stairs way up). Nice to travel up with car to the Teide from here. Green side of Tenerife with view on the Teide.

    We stayed for two weaks. Hotel is located in very good spot. Shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You have easy access to San Agustin beach and one more beach that is smaller with very few people enjoying wild nature. Breakfest was very good. Good choice of food and delicious. Same for lunch and dinner. Hotel takes large area with beautiful pool areas with very good looking tropical plants and trees. Must pay a lot of credit to the staff, because I think they are doing their job with a lot of hard work and devotion. Rooms were kept every day by cleaning and changing bed lining. Restaurant staff still smiling after long days of hard work. Animation team was incredible by making live performances every evening at the levels of professional performers and keeping children interested in different activities during the day. Our son loved the animation team. Talented young people they are. Speciall thanks to Guillermo at the counter desk. He was very kind and professional solving any question with great regard speaking very good english. I saw someone shouting out for zero reasons, but Guillermo managed that calmly as usually. Hotel has a storage room for luggage in case you have a late flight home, so you can enjoy the island after checking out. We even got a room after for showering end prepare us for going home. I don't know what else could I ask for.

    Where do I begin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++ Upon entering, you see the beautiful open kitchen and living room. Everything is included! A beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate shower, very spacious. A nice, large bedroom with good air conditioning and a ceiling fan. And when you open the curtains, you have an incredible view with a large terrace! Sunbeds and a beautiful table where you can enjoy a delicious dinner! The restaurant happily brings the food to your room/apartment. No words! It really exceeded my expectations!!! I have been coming to the island for at least 25 years, but I have never experienced this kind of luxury! A washing machine and dryer, everything is there! And the cleaning ladies still come every day! Everything exceeded my expectations!!! In a word... wonderful!

    Wow, it’s the most perfect place I been in the whole island! They had everything in the this place:). When we went in the house we didn’t expect how clean it was in the facility! We got a good pool to be in with nice people and a bar near it! The staff was without a devout the nicest people I have meet in the island! The staff did not only understand our situation but tried to help at every situation! One of the kindest people in the whole island is there and it’s a must for a family or a group of friends that want a chill vacation!!!!!

    Everything was beyond expectations! The hotel is huge, we’ll maintained, very comfortable not to mention beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was large, very comfortable and impeccably clean. There are many pools so none is full and you can enjoy it. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. All good was fresh and tasty. The restaurants inside of the hotel were very good as well, especially Kampai. We had a great experience there.

    One of the best hotels for the money I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were the nicest - friendliest people ever. Even the security were so lovely and nice. The food at breakfast was incredible - so much choice and high quality. Everything was tidy, clean, comfortable. I wanted to take the bed and pillows back home with me - more comfortable than 5 star luxury hotels.

    Puerto de la Cruz is the nicest city on the Island.

    Puerto de la Cruz is the nicest city on the Island. It has that wonderfully built Lago Martináez, where you could swim, whatever high waves were on the ocean. The seaside promenade is beautiful, full of stores and restaurants. It is easy to get around. Also very good place for shopping is the Martiánez Shopping Centre, which is very close to the hotel and has good quality clothes and food in Mercadona.

    The area is perfect for all ages It is desired by adults for the wonderful view it offers. The long walks with the different terraces that invite you are a dream. The important thing is that the beach is public everywhere and is not private. Accommodations have very good prices. 4-star hotels are around 120 euros per night. For young people there is nightlife with parties on the seashore. Food is for all tastes. - there are higher prices for quality food as well as lower prices. The menu of the day costs 13 euros.

    siam park is a must fantastic all ages can go also recommend tuk tuk rides great fun loads off information about area the guides where lovely taxes very cheap we found a lovely italian resturant called amalfi a must we visited jungle park sealion show great and bob slide great fun

    Lanzarote was very laid back, lovely atmosphere , great coastal walks around by the cliffs from Puerto del Carmen to Puerto Calero. Plenty of choices of fabulous restaurants ,The choice and quality of food was fantastic and I found great value for money

    Love Playa del Ingles, have been going here for about 25 years. If you want nightlife it is all there with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you just want a quiet holiday it is perfect for that too. The vibe of PDI is so relaxed and open with an International crowd.

    Corralejo was okay but I bit over-touristy for my taste. It is close by the unique "Popcorn beach" which is unlike any beach I have seen before. Also I think from what I saw that Fuertaventura has some of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Europe (it is the amazing azure waters that really make them - made me think I was in Cancun again) but the best beaches (to my mind) were further down south if you have a family with young kids as the waters up around Corralejo are quite strong. If I went again I would look to stay further south such at the lovely sheltered bay at Caleta or nearer to the amzaing Playa de Sotavento.

    Very nice town for family holiday, you can find all you want, hotels, beaches, restaurants, markets, palms, there are interesting places close to town, like Palmitos Park, harbour in Puerto Rico, Poema del Mar in Las Palmas. Only one problem is to find parking place near sea and avoid car towage by local police :-)

    Santa Cruz de Tenerife doesn’t have much of nightlife, almost everything was closed at 21:30-22:00 and there were no people outside either we were on the center of the town or near the plaza. BUT, The island in general is worth it. If you can get outside and go see other towns - villages, it is definitely worth it and be prepared for breathtaking sights, views and amazing monuments. There are a lot sightseeings worth visiting, but Santa Cruz de Tenerife on its own is just not worth it that much (and the parking there is literally impossible)

    Absolutely love Playa Blanca, very relaxed, everyone is so friendly and lots of lovely restaurants to enjoy. Lovely walks too. Great place for people watching and simply enjoying the slower pace of life.
