Really nice city break, I stayed for 4 nights, 3 full days and 2 half days, which I'd probably say is 1 day more than I really needed, but really enjoyed my time there all the same. Possibly the cleanest city that I've ever visited, the streets are immaculate everywhere in Prague. So many beautiful buildings/churches, lots of great towers to walk up and see the view from. St Nicholas Church in Lesser Town in particular was a real highlight for me, as was the Steel Art Museum on the Old Town side of the river. Fat Cat Old Town was my favourite restaurant of choice, excellent burgers and the most welcoming staff. Everything is on the expensive side, especially when they come with extras or additions that make the experience more interesting. 3. The castle was just heaving! anytime between 10am and 3pm you'll be standing in a queue to queue!! Plan this visit like a military campaign. 4. The astonomical clock and Charles bridge will be V. busy, especially during the high of summer. we arrived in october and it was still V.busy.
